Take note of check in time. It was Thursday and the check in closes at 6pm. There is secured parking. The room was big and quite clean. It has cooking and laundry facilities. Recommended.

I love this holiday park, but when an unfortunate incident occurred with a power outage, nobody in the park was given any option other than check out or wait and see. With power outage for 24 hours over Easter Sunday and chalets unlikely to be taken by new visitors, the least they could have done would be to allow the customer a choice to see whether power came back on rather than early check out. After nearly 24 hours we had no alternative but to cut the holiday short or spend another expensive night in darkness with no shower. For some bizarre reason, the rude staff on the front desk didn’t seem to comprehend this, but reluctantly extended our checkout to midday. Power was still not restored and didn’t look likely, so we left. After begging for a refund for the last night, we were told when we left ‘don’t come back!’ Such a shame when Kelly & the other staff on site are nice & friendly as others let you down.

Located in Broadwater in Busselton. A very nice entrance and multiple resort style units. 1 min walk to the beach and a fantastic place to swim or bike across the sea. The unit we had was a massive two bedroom and two bathroom with a kitchen with all the facilities. Car park was in front of the building, however you do need to take stairs to the second level (no lift) In short, a very nice place, but outdated. We have visited this place in winter, and it was a bit cold. (One air con fro the whole floor is available). Overall was a good experience. Nice checkin staff, nice atmosphere and comfortable room.

We could highly recommend staying at Breeze. We were a gathering of 14 which included 5 caravan sites and 2 cabins. We were lucky enough to be in one of the cabins which was wonderful. It was spotlessly clean with everything in it that you could want. The grounds were lovely, plenty of shade and a lovely pool area. The wonderful staff were the happiest we've seen anywhere. ”Stayed” there yesterday. Checked in right on time, met the cleaner, who was very nice. Parking was quite confusing, as I needed to get a garage door opener from inside, but it all worked as it should. This is a typical, nice Australian house that's been converted to a small hotel. First impressions were great. It all looked really nice. Bed was too soft was the only downside I could find. I then set off for the day to explore. I got back at 8:30pm, pizza in hand, looking forward to a quiet, cozy night before a big day and an important international meeting the next morning. Greeted by a large group of people who had taken over the house. Mind you, this is an adults only place, which I usually interpret to be quiet, especially given the good reviews and luxurious feel. I think it probably usually works out, but unluckily for me, it didn't yesterday. I'd just returned from swimming and was looking forward to unwinding. Instead, this large foreign group was cooking smelly food in the main kitchen, loudly gathering and drinking vodka from massive bottles, and had turned the thermostats up to 28 (!!!) degrees. It was literally 33 degrees outside a few hours earlier. I live in one of the coldest regions on earth and have never set my thermostat past 24. It was an absolute sauna in here. They asked if I wanted to join them to drink, I politely declined, went to my room, ate my pizza, took a shower, and got ready for bed. Quiet hours are posted as 10pm, so I patiently waited until then, though had packed my bags ready to go. Reflecting back, I think they likely thought they'd booked out the whole house. That's the best way I can interpret this. I was traveling solo, and this was a large group. NOBODY from the property is onsite to assist. They leave a phone number to contact if issues, but I couldn't call with my international sim. They brag about their high ranking and ”as seen on TV”. With all this bravado, one would think they'd leave a way for international guests to contact them. I tried through **********, i tried through the Baudin website contact form, I emailed multiple times, and I added their number to whatsapp (where they had an active account) and messaged multiple times. I also asked the large group to stop, but they didn't. I'm not going to escalate that further whilst alone in a foreign country. I'm also not paying for a 4 star hotel to be a babysitter, security guard, or parent. Why would this hotel allow a large group to book every room in the property but 1 - the main master suite? Ridiculous. I ended up leaving shortly after 10pm and tried every property in Busselton AND Bunbury (45mins away). All were closed with no human contact. I then ended up driving 3 hours north to Perth through the pitch black with bad eyesight, and going to multiple hotels before finding one for 300/night - where I'm currently writing this review. An absolute stunning property located on the waterfront of Busselton, directly opposite the famous Busselton jetty. And the perfect spot to stay when you are visiting the Margaret River wineries. This Hilton Garden Inn is brand new and has been well thought out. Lots of rooms, some with balconies, and all with fluffy pillows, super comfortable beds, great shower pressure (and quality shower gel, shampoo, body lotion). Staff were simply so welcoming and helpful. Massive shoutouts to Des and Kris who made me feel so welcome (and also looked after my colleagues). A quick and efficient checkin too. Breakfast is served downstairs from 6:30am and offers a great range of products - from cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit to hot brekkie items. Delicious. Parking is a breeze. And it's walking distance to the supermarket or a 1 second walk to the brewery across the road. 24 hour reception. Gym too.

The observatory guesthouse is in an absolutely fantastic location. We were able to walk to and fro the Brewery for dinner as well as the waterfront and of course the famous Busselton jetty. The price was including continental breakfast and the place was sparkling clean. There were lots of extras making a special touch. Easy checkin and checkout. Very good communication with the management.
