It took 10 minutes to get checked in the room, and it was OK just a bit dirty and shabby. The bathroom was disgusting and not hygienic, using the toilet, and the flusher was very loosed, and the toilet roll holder fell into the toilet when I went to get some. Took them three hours before they looked at it. The shower just leek out the bottom. Stay away from poor customer service and a failing hotel

Bar, Restaurant and lounge areas were well maintained and decorated. Room was in drastic need for redecorating, rewiring and overall maintenance.

The room had some cigarettes smell and didn’t quite go away even the window was opened (couldn’t open wide).

Need to check out at 10am. It is not good for a family. Late check out need to pay 10GB per hour. It is not very clean. But the price is cheap compare to other.

Friendly staff, big rooms. And can't argue with a bath.

Pleasant stay. Clean and tidy. Would recommend.

You can hear people in their rooms.

Beautiful facilities

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Hotel and facilities were very clean and mostly well kept. The bed was really noisy and creaky but not a major issue. Was slightly annoying to find you had to pay for parking as I didn't see this when booking the hotel but was fairly priced. Would stop again in the future.

really bad experience

The stay at Bromsgrove Hotel & Spar was a nice stay, receptionist was nice. The room was clean, big and comfortable had a nice tv and everything you need in the room. Only advice I would give to this hotel is prepare cups instead of paper ones. Apart from that everything was perfect. I would stay again.

good expericence

I stayed at this hotel three times in one week in three completely different rooms,every one was awful,dirty,and very much un kept.Expect the bathrooms to have hairs left,the furniture and carpets dusty,not too mention the noise from other guests.Drunken guests shouting down the corridors,and too mention this 4 star hotel is housing illegal immigrants while they await there outcome.The staff are clearly under paid and are worked flat out.
