Hotel is good to stay for business purposes

Most of the floors, room, balconies, fitness room are not clean, and facilities that may be damaged are left unattended inside the room. Breakfast is very disappointing.

酒店是新的，房間很乾凈、服務和停車場一般，第一次去的話，不太好找！

Morgenmaden er meget kedelig ikke noget vælge mellem kun spegepølse spegepølse spegepølse og hvis man bor ud mod vejen skal man vide at jeg kører lastbil og og to konstant hele natten larm larm alarm, hvad skulle spørge efter ting til værelset hele tiden toiletruller/ kaffe / håndklæder så vi kommer ikke igen

Molto pulito.. lontano dalla città.. cucina buona.. anche la colazione.. Non ordinate vino Italiano!! Scadente.. e caro! 😁 Nel complesso giudizio positivo..

房間比較小，但因出差距離目的地比較近，湊合還行吧，可能是因為特殊時期吧，價格有點兒小貴，祝店家生意興隆哦。

The room was very clean and quiet the best sleep ever. Now the not so good the bathroom door had a monster squeak no bath mat for the tub which is a fall hazard for disabled children and the elderly. The hotel phone didn’t work another safety issue and the TV didn’t work.

Really unhappy with our stay at A Hotels! We had booked a room with a private garden. Upon arrival to the room, we had found that our room didn’t have a private garden, but instead, it was on a very public open area where anyone could walk up. On top of that upon checking in we noticed that the carpet was rather dirty and so were the curtains, but we gave them the benefit of the benefit of the doubt. However, when we were getting ready for bed, we unfolded the blankets and noticed several stains on the blankets, such as mascara and food stains, as well as when one of us came out of the shower the whole bathroom had flooded as the catchment on the shower does not shut properly. I went to go and speak with someone from reception but noticed that no one was there for hours. As I came back to the room after trying to look for someone to report it I then saw several cockroaches outside of our bedroom door which is also situated outside of the kitchen. On top of that they were literally crawling in and out from the kitchen! We went to report it as soon as we woke up as at this point we were exhausted and had been waiting around for several hours and when we went to report it to a member of reception she could not care less. As soon as we mentioned the cockroaches, I showed her the photos, her response was that she was aware of cockroaches and that they had an exterminator the day before but did not apologise, nor tried to do any form of reassuring us. On top of that when we showed her the stains, her response was she can’t really do much more than just tell the cleaners to go clean it and then I said about the shower flooding and she said well we can’t do anything more than just flag it to the manager but he won’t be back until you check out. Purley, unacceptable.

Our hotel was very nice, the service was very good, the food and drink were super plentiful, the entertainment was good, the pool was good, but the sea was not good, but very stony, location very good

Great family runned hotel great decor with middle East style with marble panels and fancy carpet, very helpful staff and great quiet place. The breakfast lacked gluten-free choices but was still well assorted. The bathroom was a interesting experience. It was a great place to stay, however there is no AC at the room which made it hot. I was not able to check the restaurant but it seems great.

I stay 2 week here. I was surprised by the cleaning of my room. Especially my own: omna ,Ahmed Alaa has done a good job. Smiling, and professional in their service. Confident. Is a big thing for us!!!

Very good hotel. It has great service and the prices are great. i was on a solo trip and this was a great stay! I would go again next time I visited denmark. next time i should bring my kids! they would love this place.

Stanza pessima una superiore da 3 ma ci hanno dato una matrimoniale con aggiunta branda orrenda !!! Hotel pullman Dubai downtown assolutamente negativo la mezza pensione compresa nel prezzo inesistente forse può andare bene per tedeschi e inglesi che non sanno cosa vuol dire mangiare bene
