Had a great experience in this amazing place! Beautiful views, private beach, sand is white, palm trees around. The territory of the hotel is huge, big restaurant for breakfast. Many things to do. But the indoor swimming pool was a bit cold for me. Special thanks to Felicia, she helped a lot in my problem and solved it, it was a pleasure

Excellent stay experience and service. Special thanks to Felicia, she made the stay experience and communication super easy. Even though we are not mandarin speakers, it was very easy to co-ordinate everything with her super prompt help (regardless of the time of the day). They also upgraded our room and extended our checkout upon request. Breakfast buffet was good with western and Asian mix in the spread. Gym, beach and indoor swimming pool are very well maintained. Highly recommended !

It was a great stay at the resort which is nicely located on the beach and is surrounded by mountains. It is quiet and relaxing and the food was great with many options for the breakfast which was included. You can order a la carte for dinner and the price is reasonable. Many thanks to Felicia, who was our English speaking liaison with the hotel staff. You can go for walks to a nearby place with many local restaurants. There is also some hiking trails you can explore from that place. The hotel offers some more activities, but we didn’t try them.

Had the most amazing stay. The property was incredible, and the amenities were fantastic, especially the beach access, swimming pool and playground! The food experience was brilliant, especially the evening buffet in the azure restaurant! A special thanks to Felicia Chen, who made the stay perfect and her English was excellent. She was a great host and made sure despite the language barriers at times, that we were fully informed and supported throughout. Thanks again to Felicia and all the staff, especially those in the restaurant (I’m ashamed to have forgotten names). Will certainly be back soon!

Nice hotel, clean room and pool look so beautiful.

It's a beautiful resort in a great location. The room was a decent size. The breakfast buffet had a big variety to choose from. The food was good. There aren't any halaal food options, but we could still eat the fish and veggies. The chefs were very kind to make freshly steamed vegetables for us (without pork or any other meat). Thomas, from Azure restaurant was very accommodating. They do advertise for 2 swimming pools, indoor and outdoor, but only one is accessible depending on the weather. This is not something that is mentioned when you do the booking. Also, there was a day that we had to call the manager because the room was cleaned haphazardly. Dirty cups weren't replaced with clean ones and the floor was not mopped. The bed was dressed with pillows not on the bed. Leah handled the matter with great care. Otherwise everything else was really good. We would visit this resort a second time, and recommend it to families.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel with excellent service throughout my stay. Upon arrival, the reception staff helped unload our luggage, transported it to our room with a luggage cart, and even assisted with loading it back into our car at checkout. Our butler, @Felicia Chen, was fantastic—she was always prompt in responding to our questions and requests through the messaging app. She went above and beyond, arranging for a crib guard for our baby, providing extra pillows, and noting down our license plate to help with parking fee reduction. Felicia even extended our checkout time by two hours when she learned that our one-year-old needed a nap. Overall, I was very pleased with the service, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

place is nice to unwind and relax, beach is also clean and there are several activities that can be done in the facility.

Everything is great, from the bedroom, to the swimming pool, cleaness, beach, restaurant and location. They may need to improve the following: more international options, especially in the buffet - perhaps by including the dishes of the international menu in the buffet. Also, the swimming pool area should have more space for those who are not entering the swimming pool. It is a bit tight like that and the access only by stair imposes restrictions to some people.

Everything was great. From the food, facilities, staff, and all kid friendly activities provided. Felicia provided one on one support throughout our stay at the resort. it was such a smooth experience with her, checking in constantly and updating us on things that we had to do. She even offered us a free upgrade to the Seaview, which was one of the highlights of our stay because of the sunrise and sunset view. Overall, it was a 10 out of 10 experience at this resort and I recommend it for all families, so much to do for the kids and adults too. Only regret is we only booked two nights because of the busy period but we shall definitely be going back. Thank you again Felicia and all the staff at the resort.

Selina she’s quite amazing, very helpful indeed. Location it’s a bit far, you definitely need a car and patience if you go on a weekend. Food is actually really great including international options. Facilities are great for children such as the beach and indoor playground. The pool its not very safe for smaller children as it’s not very convenient and immediately deep. But we found the water at the beach was surprisingly clean on the weekend we went. Definitely we will return.

Best place for family and kids. Amazing sea view and the pool was awesome. Staff is very friendly and cooperative . Recommend for everyone
