Hotel Brookhaven dengan Sarapan

Came here for a work trip. Just needed a comfortable room and venue that’s near the expressway for easy travel! Other food and amenities were relatively near too!

The staff was pleasant and polite. The service was poor. No daily cleanup. Asked for towels and did not receive in a timely manner. When returning to hotel at night had to ask for them again. Hotel in disrepair. Furniture old and scratched up. Bathroom toilet rusty inside, faucet old and eroding on vanity sink. Tub porcelain rusted and worn away. Rusted over hinges on bathroom door and door seemed as though it had water damage since it and the baseboard were bubbled over. Floor was not the cleanest looking and bathroom furniture old and decaying. Not even sure if linen had been changed before our stay. Furniture in the lobby worn and the vinyl had worn off. Paint/wallpaper peeling from the wall. No guid on the phone as to how to contact front desk or outside services. On the way in one night the outside door would not connect with anybody's key card and someone had to finally come with apologies to let us in. Although we recognize that the hotel was having some work done on it, being as the hotel is run on a daily monetary basis, it should not get to the point where repairs and remodel are obviously and absolutely necessary looking to your guests. The hotel should be maintained on a regular basis and not allow itself to get to that point, especially with the name Hilton attached to it. This is highly unacceptable. Over several personal experiences, it has been noted that the Hampton Hotels seem to be on a downhill slide. Our family is ending our business with you. We wish you well. Do Better.

Hello TRIPADVISOR family! I truly have to share the many amazing qualities regarding this Microtel location. I am impressed from a number of lodging experiences. Let’s start with the rated ‘’5 STAR’’ staff. The staff is consistent, professional driven and knowledgeable. Tanisha is a manager whose greets you premium customer service passionate. Rivey is hard working, rapid response with detailed solutions. He often puts his self front and center promoting a friendly atmosphere with exceptional transitions. Simi effectively promotes THE WYDHAM REWARDS PROGRAM which highly lead me to my first 2 nights free stay. He entire front desk team, Megan, Daniel and more are great. THE HOUSEKEEPING team is consistency promotes a safe, healthy and clean environment. The well prepared daily breakfast is always staged in a clean and organized area. The serving area is consist-monitored for rapid restocking and immediate cleanliness. Last, SECURITY is reliable and visible! This location is my GO TO location in BUCKHEAD! Offering many great restaurants such as ROC SOUTH, CLUTCH and many more. BOOK NOW and enjoy your stay in a safe, clean environment.

During our stay, we had not one but TWO separate guests given the key to our room. The first incident was at 10:30 PM and woke up our entire family after repeated multiple entries from the guest (door had the inside latch on thankfully but loud slamming multiple times). We had a 5 month old and 2 year old in the room and slept very poorly the rest of the night. When we called down we were interrogated about whether we were in the right room and had a reservation and made to feel like we were somehow in the wrong. After a long discussion, we were comped the night, which we were happy with. The second time it happened was 10 AM on the morning of check out. The person walked into the room while I was nursing my baby and husband was in the shower- so extremely compromising positions. When I called down the manager made excuses for staff and when I asked for an apology she got mad at me and hung up. All requests for further rectification have been ignored by the hotel and IHG. This is a MAJOR safety issue and I would NOT recommend anyone stay here as I have no idea how the hotel has ensured this wouldn't happen to other guests. The GM, IHG, and above have made us somehow feel out of line for asking for anything else to make up for this terrible stay despite the fact we did not feel safe, and have since felt anxious in any other hotel. Our valuables and possessions could have been stolen if we were not in the room at the time these incidents happened, our kids could have been in danger, and the other guests themselves could have been in danger. Do not stay here if you value safety and to feel valued as a guest. Also IHG will not let me post this review on their site as it contains ”legally sensitive information” yet will not respond to my concerns.

Stayed here in late August. The hotel is fine. It could use a little updating; but, the room was clean and comfortable, the location is great and convenient to spots in and out of the city, the I didn't have any issues with noise or anything else that others have mentioned. The only issue was parking which as others have noted is $6 a night even though (1) it's unusual for a Courtyard that's not in an urban/downtown area to charge for parking and (2) it's unnecessary given how large the parking area is at the hotel. When I checked in, I specifically told the front desk clerk that I was not parking a vehicle, yet the charge still appeared on my final bill. The hotel removed the charge, though there was a little harrumphing about it. Otherwise, everything about the hotel was fine, and it's a bit better than other reviewers have mentioned.

Multiple Stays, Fantastic Staff, Michelle at front desk is AMAZING, Room Spacious!!!! Thank you to this location for providing quiet, calm, and peace in/out of the city!!!!!!! I truly have made this place my home away from home. The kitchenette is PERFECT!!! Staff is friendly. Halls are CLEAN. Rooms are CLEAN. I've stayed here 3 times already!

Terdapat kepala retak di luar pintu saya sepanjang malam malah seseorang cuba masuk melalui pintu yang bersambung di dalam bilik itu. Terdapat anak-anak muda berteriak dan bertengkar sepanjang malam. Kami tinggal dua malam dan kedua-dua malam itu mengerikan kerana penduduk. Perkhidmatan dan kebersihan sangat bagus!
