"first visited Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar when I was 15, and it has developed so much since then. The people are very welcoming, and I absolutely love the sunsets here it gives such a beautiful old Filipino vibe.
The food at the Italian restaurant was good and served quickly this time. Just a tip: it helps to follow up on your drinks, as they can take a bit longer.
The room is quite old, but still comfortable 👍"

"Huge thanks to Janine and Ruel for helping us call a taxi—it was a lifesaver since we couldn’t get a Grab for some reason on Sunday morning. This is a great place for a vacation; the staff are incredibly friendly, and the acoustic music in the evening was fantastic. Even though outside food isn’t allowed, the dining options are diverse and everything tasted very fresh. On the downside, we unfortunately spotted a cockroach in our room, and the bathroom water pressure was quite weak with a slightly clogged drain. Overall, though, it was still a great experience."

It’s my first time staying at Swissôtel Clark, and it was a great experience. The room is nice, and the food is delicious. The staff are very welcoming, and the pool is amazing definitely one of the best hotel pools in Clark!

ThomchongaEvery staff member was enthusiastic and greeted us with a smile, and the room was nice. However, on my first day, there was a tour group checking in, so there was some noise because they didn't close their doors properly, which was quite noticeable.
The location is not ideal; the area felt unsafe. When we walked back to the hotel after dinner, which was only a 5-minute walk, two children actually asked us for money. So, try to avoid walking around at night.
Overall, if you just stay inside the hotel, it's pretty good.

This hotel is a good option for solo male travelers. It fits well with what many men come to this city for, and for that specific purpose it works quite well.
That said, there are definitely some areas that could be improved — there’s room for growth. But overall, it’s a solid place to stay.

My three-day stay at the Clark Hilton was excellent overall, with the facilities and service particularly standing out.
Regarding the amenities, the hotel's swimming pool is quite spacious, and lifeguards are always on duty, which significantly enhances the safety and peace of mind for water activities. Although I didn't actually use the gym this trip, the staff proactively and kindly provided information about it. Similarly, even though I didn't dine at the hotel restaurant, the overall environment and ambiance still left a very good impression.
In terms of service quality, every staff member I encountered was very friendly, which made me feel quite relaxed. Back in the room, the only minor drawback was that the water pressure for showering was a bit low. However, fortunately, the hot water temperature was perfectly adequate, so it didn't really affect the overall showering experience. In summary, my three-day stay was satisfying, with both the service and facilities performing excellently.

Our stay at the Archduchess Villa in Rancho Bernardo, Bataan, was nothing short of amazing. The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with modern amenities, including an Alexa-operated system that made everything incredibly convenient. The highlight was definitely the private jacuzzi, offering the perfect place to relax and unwind while enjoying the serene surroundings. The peaceful and secluded atmosphere of Rancho Bernardo made it an ideal escape, and the exceptional service from the staff added a personal touch to our experience. It was the perfect blend of luxury and tranquility, making it an unforgettable staycation. Definitely worth every penny!

The entire resort has a great vibe, with both mountains and a beach. The restaurants within the resort are also excellent, with delicious dishes and great flavors. The front desk staff and all the other resort staff are wonderful! The hotel room was very spacious, no strange odors, and they even gave us welcome snacks! So thoughtful ❤️

A special thank you to Manager Mark. When we encountered an issue with a paint smell in our room, he promptly and proactively assisted us with changing rooms. His efficiency in handling the situation significantly enhanced our service experience!

Paint smell spreading across floors: During our stay, we occasionally noticed a distinct paint smell in the room. This odor seemed to spread across different floors via pipes or common areas, which could be uncomfortable for guests sensitive to smells.

This has been our favorite hotel to stay in subic. Tho our recent stay is not as pleasant as before. Had a minor problem with our room but the front desk ( Sir JP ) was so kind enough to resolve the issue and as usual the staff are so nice and professional especially at the restaurant. I hope segara suites will upgrade and renovate the rooms as it needs a major upgrade on everything. All in all this place will be our first option in Subic.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere—it was perfect for a short escape from a busy schedule. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests.
The pool area was also nice and added to the overall experience, especially if you want an alternative to the beach. Food was decent, though there’s still a bit of room for improvement in terms of variety.
Overall, even though it was just a one-night stay, I felt refreshed and satisfied. I would definitely consider coming back for a longer visit next time.
