*Wedding Block Review* If you’re looking for a hotel to book for your wedding, do yourself a favor and look anywhere but Aloft. My wife and I met Aloft representative, Kayla Perron, at a wedding show at the Swan Club. She pitched a “Savvy meeting space” that could be used as a bridal suite. Rooms would be $169 for Regular King or $179 for Two Queen. My wife and I both remember her saying if the Packers do not play that weekend, the price would be less per room. She also offered a bubbly brunch which was priced at $22 a person. We talked with her about shuttle service which she said would be available up until midnight the day of our wedding. Kayla emailed almost 2 weeks after we signed a contract and said she double booked the bridal suite area. Instead, she offered 2 adjoining rooms and comp’d one hotel room. As my wife found a hair and makeup stylist months later, we found out there was no way they could use that space because there were no chairs or space for them to be able to do their work. My wife and I work in healthcare, so we trusted that Kayla knew what she was doing when she offered us the space with the two rooms. Clearly she didn’t, and should not have been at a wedding show promoting a hotel space that was not able to accommodate our needs, or should have let us look elsewhere when she double booked. My wife instead had to get ready at the salon on our wedding day & we decided the groomsmen would stay in that space so it didn't go to waste. Fast forward to the week of the wedding: My wife sent an email asking if a shuttle could be available before the ceremony and the response from Kayla, 4 days from the wedding, was that shuttle service wasn’t available that day. Not even at night. This caused us both to panic & me to have to email and call Kayla to have this resolved. She ended up telling me we needed to call 30 days before our wedding in order to schedule the shuttle service. This was never discussed in our previous conversations and there were no reminders to do so. She was able to get a shuttle driver for the day and comp’d another room because of this ordeal but this wasn't the end of our stress. Day before the wedding: The hotel is nice and the staff are friendly, so we don’t have anything bad to say about that. However, one of my groomsmen changed his plans and wanted to stay the night so he didn’t have to drive, so he asked the front desk for a room. They took his card information and booked a room, although unsure which one he actually booked because he wasn’t given enough information. Confused, and because I thought the room was going to be comp’d, I asked the front desk to help us make sense of what Kayla’s plans were. The woman working became upset because she said she had no information on what was booked regarding our wedding party. Therefore, Kayla did not leave any detailed outline of what was supposed to happen with our party and also caused stress for her own co-workers. Day of the wedding: Bubbly brunch was suppo

Horrible night stay! The room next to ours had kids that screamed all night! We contacted the front desk and all they could say is " their on the spectrum". Didnt offer to move us or anything. FInally got quiet around 2am but the kid started screaming again around 6:45am. I paid $150 for a room we basically didn't get to sleep in. Should have just traveled home instead of staying there. Never again. Beautiful hotel, paper thin walls. Very disappointing.

2nd/3rd shift attendant Friday night promptly fixed my concern about fitness center. Professional. Courteous! Quirky and fun decor which is very important to us. Was happy to just get a room with Packers nearby!

Not bad - it was under renovation during our stay. I'm sure it will be incredible once everything is completely up and running. Definitely an interesting vibe, colorful and spacious. Part of the Marriot Bonvoy group.

Decided to stay at this hotel because we were going to a show at Epic Center. Clean comfortable room. Only complaint I had is that the only ice machine that was there was by the lobby and wasn’t working. The lobby smells so good!!! I always wonder what it is! 😃 Also, I wish the bar would have opened earlier than 5 on a Saturday. But overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again!

I booked the stay for my boyfriends birthday as a little get away, we wanted a place with a pool and hot tub which we were excited that they had both. We walk in and discover the entire lobby is tor up and under construction, not a big deal, we’re not spending time in the lobby. We go to check in and were told they couldn’t find our reservation. After some time, they found it but I was advised the king room I reserved was already taken. They apologize with free breakfast coupons and give us our new room. We walk up and open the door to a crew being in our room doing construction. We get a new room which was ok, definitely nothing great, kind of out dated, they’re doing renovations so future guests will be luckier. On the 2nd day, we decide to go down to the pool to relax after being out all day and it’s closed. I would not have spent the money I did if I would have known this. We were specifically looking for a place with a pool and hot tub for us to relax. I was very disappointed as a whole.

This hotel is FILTHY. The nicest thing in the lobby. MOLD galore. In the shower, on the ceiling, in the hot tub.. mold and filth. There are also many other lazy workmanship areas (like anchors coming out of the grout that cut my foot). The furniture is in disrepair and the phone still had makeup on it from the previous guest. 😳 Disgusting and unsanitary all around.

Excellent stay while I was in Wisconsin taking care of some family business. The room was quiet and comfortable, and I liked being able to unlock the door with my phone. The location and access to the freeways was ideal. The Aloft brand has a new customer.

Had the worst experience at this hotel when we were there for state basketball tournament. We were there with 10 other families looking to enjoy each others company after a long day in the gym. There is a bar in the main entrance and have never had such terrible customer service. We got there and purchased a drink. At that time out children had wanted to go to the pool so she put my drink into a plastic cup and I went into the pool area. Other parents hung out in the lobby area. During that time "Jay" the bartenter warned some of the parents that "carryins" were not allowed. I have never been at a hotel where you were not allowed to walk around with your drink. OK so we did buy some drinks from the bar. Before you know it the bartender had called the cops on us due some of us "not buying drinks" from the bar. Like these cops have nothing else to do. On to the next night...again us parents are in watching our kids play in the pool. No where does it say we "can not bring in drinks." Before you know it the lovely and not so friendly bartender "Jay" comes over and yells at us again. She then calls her manager and puts signs all over the hotel about carryins and no drinks were allowed in the pool area. What about the night before that she put my drink that I bought from her in a plastic cup...it was all right then. Manager did come in and talk with one of the moms and we were getting blamed for things that another group had done. Then to find out staff members had been seen going into one of our families rooms with no permission. We will never go back and pretty sure they should not advertise that they are family friendly. They were constantly yelling at the kids when the parents were right there.
