Resepsiyon görevlisi güler yüzlü ve samimiydi. Eğer cumartesi günü otelde konaklayacaksanız, otelin önünde semt pazarı tarzında pazar kuruluyor. Yemekler, çantalar, kıyafetler, takılar, çiçekler vb. güzel bir deneyim oldu.

Très sympathique, les chambres sont confortables et propres. Des dessins devants les ascenseurs très jolis rendent les montées et descentes plus chaleureuses. Le personnel est aimable et indique de bonnes adresses.

Lovely small boutique hotel in the centre of Brugge. Warm and cosy, we stayed two rooms, a family room and a double. Location is absolutely wonderful. Modern and chic interior, very tastily designed. Despite it being in the centre of the city, our rooms were quiet. Would definitely go back!

Loved loved loved. After ditching my hotel just down the road before I’d even checked in, I did a quick review and found here as it was greatly reviewed, still in the same area and I had to find somewhere! I’m so happy I did. The staff were wonderful on check in, friendly, helpful and welcoming and even upgraded me to a new room as I’d been let down by the previous hotel. It’s closely located to everything, but that’s just Bruges, but it’s clean, bright, airy and comfortable. Breakfast was incredible, and ALL staff are the loveliest and most welcoming. It’s a shame it was 1 night, but I’m booking to come back with partner soon and have also told friends to choose this hotel. It’s so reasonable in price too. Thank you!

Hard to park, saw a hair on the bedding. We received a broken bed in a room with 2 queen beds (technically not 2 queen beds, each queen was made by 2 twin beds combined, so 4 twin beds total, one of the twin beds was broken). The hotel was like: can’t give you any refund because you book from *******; room is alright to sleep 3 people so the broken bed doesn’t matter. They offer a discount for next stay, but we don’t have a plan to visit bruges again.

The deal breaker: the bathroom (see below). ( if one don’t mind that and the price is 3 STARS competitive- so it’s a good value). It’s a 3 starts , 4 stars wannabe. The bathroom has no door and the other wall is glass (with a screen) - into the bedroom. Room is pretty small with two smallest beds pushed together- no 4 stars here (and no way it’s 162 sqf as it says in our reservation). The safe didn’t work, no coffee machine (only hot water) - no 4 starts. No water at room temperature- no 4 stars. Breakfast is €18 pp extra. Was good but again, a good 3 star (not 4*).

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Clean, smart interior, modern and cosy. Location was fabulous and staff were helpful as I had to print 6 pages of document at 7am in the morning and they did it for me. The bed arrangement especially pullout bed was super helpful. I would come back again with my family.

The toilet arrangement in the room left a lot to be desired.
The toilet had an opaque glass door and was situated level at the head end of the bed.The toilet area was far to small for any hope of comfort or privacy. Rest of the room was good.
Tall lady receptionist was extremely helpful with a slight emergency and went above and beyond the call of duty
in dealing with our problem. So well done Portinari
