非常温馨的酒店，服務也是相當周到細心，咖啡直接送到房間，周邊環境也是夢幻般的美麗，整個布魯日童話世界一般，酒店更加增添了童話色彩

4.9/5 stars from us for this beautiful and comfortable hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. When we asked them for a restaurant that was serving food (unusual at 4pm), they called the restaurant to confirm before sending us on our way. The location is unbeatable - walkable to EVERYTHING! Super awesome location. The only reason my rating is 4.9 instead of 5 is that the heater broke in the bathroom of one of the rooms we stayed in and although a technician came first thing in the morning to fix it, it never really did work. The room was tolerable due to the towel heater running on full heat. I also felt that the door knobs were difficult to operate. We were fine, but my mother-in-law had trouble with them. All in all, a wonderful stay!! We would definitely go back again.

Amazing views, impeccable service, delicious food - a truly elegant hotel! I can't wait to go back. Side note - I left multiple boxes of chocolates in the room.. and they sent them to me! The breakfast is so wonderful with personalized service it is worth the price of admission! Do not pass up the the waffles!!!

We had the most memorable and enjoyable experience at this hotel. The staff was so kind and helpful. The breakfasts were over-the-top delicious, in a waterfront setting. Our room was fantastic too, with a beautiful water view. You will not regret staying at this Relais. It was close to everything, clean, comfortable, and absolutely lovely!

Staying at this Hotel is like staying in a Museum that has been perfectly curated. The Hotel itself is amazing and the people that work there are fabulous. Always a very good sign when Staff have worked there for long periods of time and seem very happy. The Hotel is very well situated close to everything but a few metres away from the hustle and bustle of Bruges. Thank you very much for making our stay memorable.

Absolutely superb in all respects. Professional, helpful and friendly team. You feel welcome from your first step in the beautiful hotel. A couple of minutes walk from the central square. Our charming small room overlooking the canal was so cosy and comfortable. Relais Bourgondisch Cruyce defintely enriched our memory of Bruges.

We were traveling from Ireland to Amsterdam and decided to stop for one day/night in Bruges. The hotel was right on the canal with perfect views. The hotel staff was incredibly nice and willing to help with the smallest of things, making the stay easy and comfortable. The hotel itself was nicely appointed in a lovely historic building. We would undoubtedly return to this hotel if ever back in Bruges. Highly recommend.

Very good location in city centre. Very clean and comfortable. Our room overlooking the front of the hotel was quiet. Breakfast excellent (we had scrambled egg and bacon, plus waffles, however there are lots of options). Staff were really friendly and helpful, and we liked the complimentary on request tea and coffee service. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful hotel.The staff are friendly, helpful and they go out of there way to make your stay perfect.The breakfast is really enjoyable with so much on offer.You can have free tea and coffee served to you all day.The hotel is in a fantastic location. The bedrooms are very lovely, only small grip is the showers are not good.But this pales into significance when you stay at this wonderful small but perfect hotel.We loved our stay thank you.
