Insanely accessible and convenient, literally 1min away from Brussels Central station. Nearest Metro/Tram is a 2-3min walk away. Grand Place, Museum of Original Figurines & St Hubert Gallerie are right behind the hotel. Carrefour express and Relay are nearby if you need to get basic necessities. St Michael & St Gudula Cathedral is a 10min walk away.
The room and bathroom is spacious and clean, with good soundproofing. The TV connects to youtube so that's a plus. Loved that there's an extendable clothesline that stretches above the bathtub. Staff were polite and helpful when I had enquiries. Didn't have an ironing board in the room but it was delivered soon after I approached the front desk for it.
(Side note: The security deposit took more than 2weeks after my stay to be refunded back to my card)

Good location, near to Brussels Central train station and grand place. Many eatery too. The downside is that the rooms are not sound proof, got waken up early in the morning with all loud noises when the staff is doing the cleaning of rooms nearby.

Location was good, room size is perfect for our small family. Love the services that the hotel provides, super fast and efficient, and fuss free. Hotel even provide lounge area, where hotel guests can go there for a small drink and some appetiser for free. I think every hotel should have such service provided, it is just super nice and welcoming back to the hotel. When we were there, it was raining and hotel staff was even offering us in house umbrella for us to use, and we returned it once we are back at the hotel. Room was a tab bit dark at some corners, but otherwise all is good. Nothing to complain about. Will definitely visit again when we are back in Brussels.

I booked this hotel at the last minute for a short trip to Brussels for an event.I arrived at night time so it took a while to get my bearings from De Bruckere metro station. I arrived tired and hungry so once I checked in,I got a quick shower to freshen up. Booked a single room (bed was slightly bigger than a single). Okay size for the time I was there. It had a patio door so could go outside if you smoke. Bathroom small but for what I needed perfect. There was even a hairdryer which was needed as my trousers had been washed before ai left home and were a bit damp and also for drying hair on the Sunday morning. A safe was in the room and a colour TV with a desk and chair. Foodwise, the information in the hotel booklet in the room needs to be updated as it stated breakfast was on the 7th floor. It wasn't it was on the ground floor then you had to go down a couple of lots of stairs so bear this in mind if wanting to eat breakfast in the hotel especially if disabled or you have mobility issues.Breakfast was scrambled egg, bacon, mushrooms, baked beans if you wanted a hot option. There was also a waffle machine, toast, cereals, yogurt, fruit and pastries with water, fruit juice and two hot drinks makers for tea, coggee and hot chocolate. Food was ok for setting me up for the rest of the day. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby selling a variety of different cuisines however the friterie a few doors up seemed to always be busy. Location wise about 6 minutes walk to the Grand Place and about 8-10 minutes to the Mannequin Pis. In the other direction about the same to the Place de Monnaie which has lots of shops like Uniqlo,Foot Locket,Primark,Decathlon etc. There is a Dunkin Donuts however there is only seating on the upstairs level and there is no lift. Found using the Beurs metro either no 4 or 10 useful for if getting the Eurostar from Brussels. Staff helpful as was able to leave my bags in the left luggage room whilst sightseeing on last day and helped with directions to get to South-Midi station. Only complaints if you can call them that are, lack of kettle in room for making a tea or coffee (much needed after a long journey),decoration in room needs a refresh as paint work chipped and looks like it has seen better days same with corridors away from hotel lobby.
You will quickly feel at home at Adagio Brussels Centre Monnaie. Our aparthotel combines the best of the hotel service and the space of an apartment. We have 140 apartments available for our guests. The hotel is location right next to the Christmas market so it's very convenient to get to. However, there are no nearby train station (within 10 mins walk) that leads to the Brussels main train station for the ride towards London, so be mindful of that when booking the hotel.

+ Free chocolates at the reception, my son was thrilled about this. Very delicious food at the restaurant on the first floor - mussels were perfect. Breakfast is superb and has everything you could wish for, even the sparkling. Room is comfortable, coffee machine, tv with YouTube access. The location is very central, 5 min walk to the main square.
- We booked this hotel especially because it showed the bathtub in the room. But we got no tub in the room . They said there are only few rooms of this category with the tubs and they are occupied. A bit disappointed. Another thing is that we had a dinner in the hotel and we forgot our personal thing there. We wrote our room number at the bill, so we kind of expected that our belongings would be delivered to our room . It didn’t happen, so we had to go and look for our things the next morning. It was a bit weird, cause you expect that Marriott takes a better care about their guests .
All in all, it’s a standard good hotel.

Went for tomorrowland weekend 2 and booked a hotel in brussels to re energise for a night. When i entered the hotel, i was so shocked that it was a Tomorrowland themed hotel. Prior to arriving at the hotel, when i was saying goodbye to my friends from all around the world, i was crying because i knew that it would be another year till i see them again. The moment i arrived, our concierge gave us a post card to write about tomorrowland and hang it in the middle of the lobby. I wrote down all my friends name from all different countries and it was really a core memory. I took a picture and sent it to them to let them know, they will always be in my heart and mind and our friendship is forever

Pro
1. Easy check in process.
2. Considerable large lobby in European standard.
3. Room size can fit up to 3 kids.
4. Bed and pillows were comfortable
5. Has multiple channels on TV
6. They have an indoor swimming pool. Eventhough small, but my kids just happy to swim in it.
7. Small but very updated gym equipment.
Cons
1. Location slightly further up from the historical cobble stone street.
2. When we stay there, construction of an adjacent building causing dirty air circulation.
3. Breakfast was too plain and not many choices.
Overall, I still gave 5 stars of experience.

Excellent
DDanapalIt was a very good stay at the hotel. Very conveniently located next to the central railway station. Just walk into the hotel from the train station. Rooms were excellent and spacious. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Great selection of food and worth the money paid. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we will definitely book the same hotel if we happen to visit Brussels again.
JJKDuxLocation is just far enough from the city centre to not be too busy, but still close enough for everything to be walking distance. A lot of roadworks all around the hotel, however, so getting there took a little bit longer. We appreciated the early check-in very much, as we were only expecting to leave our luggage first as it was about 2.5 hours before check-in time so thank you for that. The thing is, when we got to the room, we noticed the duvet cover wasn’t as clean as one would expect, and there were visibly different strands of hair on it. So that was a bit off-putting, but we didn’t want to kick up a fuss as we were so tired from the early travel to get there that we just ignored it and rested for a little while. The breakfast spread could use a little bit more variety but was otherwise sufficient. The service was pleasant and attentive, so that in itself is a good reason to want to come back.
GGuest UserStayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.
区区1. The location is very good, very close to the Grand Plaza! Within 5 minutes walk from Brussels Central Station, you can see the arched gallery gallery next to the ibis, and the small entrance to the left hand side is the hotel entrance. 2. Although the breakfast is simple but it is good to eat, strictly check in at 15 o'clock, you can store your luggage first. The front desk staff was not very enthusiastic, but the attitude was good. 3. The room is dry and wet. This is very convenient, but it may be that the room is just in the side street (not in the arcade). It feels that the bathroom is as big as the room, and the sense of space is not particularly large. 4. During my stay with my friends, there is no elevator service on the second floor. If the room is arranged on the second floor, I have to take the luggage upstairs from the back stairs of the fire escape. For the guests with big luggage, I feel It's amazing! Of course you can ask the staff for help.
EEMWhen we enter the room, there’s a terrible smell like “old” or not cleaned well, The shower curtain was broken, there was a strange door (which we dont know going where in the room), the aircon is TERRIBLE! Not working well, and the door from the hallway is very hard to open. We had a very bad stay in this hotel.
GGuest UserWe stayed in an apartment for 4 people for 2 days. The room is not big but functional for 4 people. We didn’t use small kitchen area as there wasn’t enough space if we opened the sofa bed. Overall the room is clean, but a bit old for the furnitures and facilities. The toilet is a bit small too. But it’s in a good location, walkable distance to everywhere e.g. just 12min walk to the Grand-Place.
GGuest UserThe overall stay was good with very warm welcome and tourist advice from the front desk staff (Martina) and the welcome drink corner.
However, there are a few things that we wish the hotel could improve. First, the shower area is highly slippery. Thought the floor material for the shower area is not right for that purpose.
Second, when we checked out, we asked the front desk staff (new ones that we haven’t met before) to help call a taxi for our family to the train station. The staff said the taxi should arrive in 20 min. After waiting for 20min, passing the time when the taxi should have arrived, we asked the staff to check the status of the taxi. Then the staff told us that the taxi would not come and there was no commitment from the taxi driver to take the order and advised us to call Uber by ourselves. We were astonished and disappointed as they should have told us earlier about the unreliability of calling a taxi. As the Uber required another 15min of wait, to make sure we could catch the train, we walked with our kids and heavy luggage all the way to the train station in a rainy and windy day!
JJoe the world citizenThe hotel is located just across from the train station Brussels Midi. The price is affordable. However, some of the staffs were not helpful, while others were. For examples: (1) I was next in line for check in but nobody helped me for 15 mins and when finally a staff asked me what I needed and then told me that the hotel was fully booked and the check-in was only available after 3 pm without checking their computer. But, I saw guests after me were all checked in (before 3 pm). So, I asked another staff if it was possible to check in earlier, and the answer was yes. How could they give different info? (2) I asked some ice cubes because my friend sprained his ankle, and she was very helpful and gave me a bag of ice cubes.
CCherrytkyI have stayed 3 nights in this hotel.
Location: it’s very near center, I can access most of the popular landmarks in city by walking a few minutes. And it is a 13 mins walk to central station. It’s very convenient to travel to other cities in Belgium. And there are plenty of restaurants and an Asian supermarket is nearby.
Hotel staffs: very nice and friendly, always helpful when I ask for help. And the housekeeper will say bonjour to us when we leave the room.
Room: it’s rather small for a double room, can’t open 2 big luggages. The toilet is small too. No hot water kettle, we need to buy bottle of water everyday. This is a little bit inconvenient. But it’s ok for a short stay. The bed is comfortable but only has one thin pillow each, it’s difficult to lean on.
It’s an economical choice for a short stay, and easy to approach by public transport.
GGuest UserI liked the location, but then I noticed that there was a migrant area nearby. Overall, it doesn't bother me, and the hostel is great. It was great that there was a coat rack in the room - it was incredibly convenient! The room was clean and comfortable.
