I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Elite World Grand Hotel, conveniently located on Basin Ekspres in Istanbul, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. 攜程評分 本身就很低， 原計劃是要住 JW 萬豪，但是這個酒店 就早客户 附近， 正好嘗試一晚， 吹風機 太老舊了，都粘手了， 其他的 還有不是很好的地方， 如果 住， 推薦 JW 萬豪.

服務態度很好，幫我打印行程單，寄快遞，很友好，附近吃飯很方便，走路可以到，值得推薦。

Great hotel with even better facilities - well located i was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the rooms and even more so at the rooms which were high tech and well appointed - service was quick and all staff spoke good English - the lounge was very good and the lounge staff even better

Excellent stayed here for one night,we had a buffet evening meal and breakfast in the morning which was excellent. Room was very comfortable with tea coffee making and a mini loaded fridge which was not complimentary.Good bar with an excellent bar person and reasonable prices.

The overall assessment of our stay at the Sheraton Bucharest was excellent. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone. Front office personnel were friendly and professional. Andrei Niculescu was very helpful and in organizing my future reservations. He made it easy for me to book my stay. Housekeeping was well done. Our access to the Executive room was very nice. The service and support of both Larisa and Iustina was delightful. They are both a credit to the Sheraton/Marriott Bonvoy organization. Food and the restaurant service was consistently excellent. Again, overall excellent experience at the Bucharest Sheraton.

We stayed 2 nights here and liked that it was close to a subway stop. Our room on the 3rd floor (309) was quiet and decent sized. We heard others in our tour group mention that their rooms were small, but that was not our experience. The room had every amenity that we needed and were pleased with the amount of counter space in the bathroom, very hot water and that wash cloths were provided. The included breakfast had a great number of options with plenty of seating. The only minor items that I can mention was that our mini refrigerator did not keep things cool and our bathroom sink faucet squealed (as did our neighbors’) if you did not turn on enough water pressure.

Hotel is in a great location next to many attractions and not far from Old Town Bucharest where the nightlife is, only an 8 minute ride away on Bolt/Uber/taxi(bolt is the most inexpensive). The property and lobby felt upscale and clean. I want able to check out the pool or fitness area unfortunately due to my short stay. The room was very nice and comfortable, the sheets and pillows were very soft. Slept well and was able to get a later check out as well to sleep in after a late night out. Staff is great. Michael at the front desk checked me in and was super helpful and friendly, and the morning I checked out I talked with Oscar and he was also very friendly and helpful, gave me great recommendations for a local cafe down the street (Tucano Coffee Guatemala). Overall a great stay, would recommend and would come back again next time I am in Bucharest.

Fantastic service at the reception. Oscar was extremely friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, clean and bed is super comfortable. The pool area is nice, although not fully outdoors and really enjoying the wet and dry sauna after a gym session. Highly recommended :)

Excellent experience for a five-night stay in May 2024. Check-in fast and professional, everything running as expected, very satisfied end-to-end. Location: quite central, easy access to public transit, taxis available at (relatively) low prices, great for walks in the city. Room: the premium room is (European) large, well appointed (compared with the barebone Moxy layout), clean bathroom. Rather few TV channels. Alfredo restaurant: tried it for breakfast. A great selection buffet-style, with an omelet station and some very good types of cheese. I believe the price reference is EUR 22 per person, converted to RON at the current exchange rate. The (at the time) RON 105 might be reduced to RON 75 for Marriott members, if committing to having it daily, all the room occupants (at least this was my understanding). Benihana restaurant: great experience. If you want any of the Benihana dinners, it’s mandatory at the cooking table (reserve early, fixed schedule). The cooks are professional and don’t go over the top with the show part (like the typical Caribbean part, where one throws small pieces of food to tourists eager to catch it in their widely open mouths). There also is a nice bar and a small deserts counter on the ground level. The pool is also very good, rather small and very well maintained. Overall, a great stay, happy travels!

Have been staying here for 24 hours now (will stay for 6night) and so far i am quite satisfied: from the check-in procedure (fast, friendly) to the breakfast this morning. Very service oriented: no fuss about reserving a table for 8 at breakfast, or getting more soaps or coffee cups for the room. Room is nice (for 2) and so are the amenities (bathrobe, slippers, toiletries). Just 2 very minor things (wishlist): if only the bath towels were a bit wider (it is long but a bit on the narrow side, but this is a matter of taste of course) and some guest toothbrush would have been nice. Overall an excellent hotel esp it is very near the conference venue.
