整體非常滿意，不過沒有礦泉水，沒有燒水壺。不是很中心位置，但也還好。邊上有個黎巴嫩餐廳。 樓下有化粧品店和小超市. 路邊免費停車。 歐洲人的化粧水沒法用。酒精味很濃。

A fost o sedere placuta,este un spatiu agreabil si confortabil,curatenie cu utilitati care pentru noi au fost si provocari.Mic dejun bogat si variat. Ne-a placut amenajarea hotelului cu un design tematic bine ales .BRAVO!!!

The waitress at the restaurant was very indifferent. When we asked for the bill she didn't give us anything and when we told her please three times for her to hear us the started yelling in front of the whole world leave me alone.Unacceptable.

It was a great experience my stay in this hotel. The room was very nice furnished, with nice colours, very clean. Good breakfast. I took lunch in the hotel restaurant. Just delicious. I went for a business trip and i found this hotel thru a colleague who was staying here before. Super friendly staff, clean and big rooms,delicious breakfast and good restaurant menu if you want to have lunch or dinner .There was no issue with early check in or late check out .

Neat hotel with a fresh and colourfull design in the rooms. Staff is hard working ,friendly,always ready to help you and to make sure that you feel confortable. Price is acceptable.Rooms are clean and the food is very good and with a lot of choices.

Very good position close to the airport. The room was big and clean...best bed matress I ever slept on. The food was excelent with a lot of choices for breakfast and dinner. My special thanks to Andreea from reception and Dana from restaurant...very helpfull. All the staff was very nice and professional.

A very nice hotel with beautiful and professional people. The rooms are cozy,menu is great,the food is tasty.Breakfast has a lot of choices including bio and gluten free. Location is very close to the mall and city center and is very quiet. I liked Dana from the bar…she is very nice.

Nice hotel with very kind people . The food is very good and variated, specially with the ones with diets. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Close to the city center and places to visit. I will recommend.

The atrocious decor of the rooms and hallways is more about stickers and branding than about a hotel room being functional & comfortable. It’s like they designed it for a video game if I was in a Chucky Cheese from 1997. The reception lady was like a kick to the stomach. The checkout guy normal and courteous. Luckily the restaurant staff and kitchen were great and to some degree the saving grace of this hotel. It is sort of amazing that this is an Ibis.

Despite arriving in the early hours of the morning the welcome from the reception staff was great and fortunately the check in process seamless and quick. My room was on the sixth floor overlooking the main road outside, which was quiet until the trams started in the morning. The room was an odd shape and was spacious, although the industrial decor and vibe might not be to everyone’s liking. The bed was large and comfortable with electric sockets and lighting controls on the bedside units, although the air-conditioning was a little slow to kick in and become effective. It was a shame that the mini bar fridge was empty but there was a coffee machine and bottle of filtered water. The bathroom was equally as spacious with plenty of storage space and a large walk in shower. It was a shame the doors caused it to leak over the floor but otherwise it was a good space with decent toiletries provided. My room was located opposite the house keeping cupboard, so it was a little noisy in the morning, but otherwise the whole space was fine for a short no-fuss stay. Breakfast was decent enough with a small buffet and good selection of pastries. In an evening the space converts into the restaurant which had a good atmosphere and the staff at the bar were friendly. There is a small terrace outside the front of the hotel which is great to unwind on at the end of the day, despite being on the very busy main road. Overall it was a fine place for a couple of nights and if I needed to be in that part of the city in the future I’d certainly consider staying again.
