Everything great, wonderful place, despite terrace was closed (it’s like that since October due to renovations)

The hotel is far from all public transportation which needs taxi as main tool to visit this city .I will not choose it agajn

excellent hotel! the room is super nice and luxurious, me and my boyfriend like it a lot, and the spa area looks stunning! The room is clean and with Nespresso coffee machine :) strongly recommend!

這家酒店在當地非常出名，典型的網紅拍照打卡酒店，每個角落都可以拍出美美的大片，它雖然沒有沒有游泳池可是有SPA，最多容納6個人，一般開到晚點上9點。服務很周到，這裏的人都很熱心。值得推薦！

Ottimo hotel a pochi minuti a piedi da stazioni metro e centro storico di Pest! Piccola SPA, ma ben fornita! Palazzo che rispecchia l’atmosfera della città, un ottima soluzione per un weekend rilassante! Approvato

剛進酒店就被這精緻的小大堂驚呆，特別是有個小温泉池子。小朋友很喜歡，泡在裏面不想出來。房間很一般很小，但有品味，除了睡覺不喜歡在房間裏發呆。健身房不錯，温泉池子邊有個天井，在裏面躺着咪一會兒很愜意。有個天台花園餐廳不錯👍

還可以吧，還有的配件都有。有個温泉池子可以拍照

I would give ten stars if I could. The staff were so helpful and kind, and really went out of their way to help me. I was upgraded to the Mona Lisa suite, and the big luxurious tub was such a treat after a long day traveling. Wonderful shower/toiletries products and lots of thoughtful touches. The bed was large and comfortable. The room and entire hotel are so ornate and beautifully decorated with some fun twists. Limited room service menu, but food was amazing and service was very quick. Nespresso machine with everything you need for the perfect espresso. Breakfast in the great hall had many yummy options. Treated myself to a massage at the spa, which was wonderful. Staff stored my luggage for free after checkout. Such an incredible hotel, wish I could’ve stayed longer. Thank you, Mystery Hotel and staff!

Mystery Hotel was one of the fanciest hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. I stayed two nights in two different rooms. I had to add a night because my flight was cancelled but it was very easy to do so. Both rooms had their own styling and art references. I adored the palm wallpaper. I really enjoyed their spa and spent most of my extra day there relaxing. I also got a workout in at their gym. The restaurant is very fancy and upscale dining but surprisingly affordable. Everyone we worked with there was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even called a cab for me for 5:30am so I could catch my flight. Will definitely stay with them again during my next trip to Budapest.

Amazing hotel, clean, great service. Very luxury and the spa is by far the best thing.

Fun, funky decor in a five star property. Enjoyed the spa (massages were excellent) and full breakfast. Our room was large and well appointed.

Amazing stay! The room was beautiful and clean. The spa was a great bonus. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. I would recommend this to everyone. It was out of the way of highly touristy areas, but we had no trouble walking or taking the underground to sites. Staff was wonderful and attentive.
