The hotel is great! It's super convenient with a large supermarket and McDonald's nearby. The views are also quite nice.

Excellent hotel, clean and spacious room with comfortable beds, and everything you need for a pleasant stay. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful; I want to thank them for their professionalism and availability. Very good breakfast, with still and sparkling water dispensers on every floor. There's also a pool, sauna, and a gym. The Déli pályaudvar metro station is a 20-minute walk away, but a bus (replacing the tram) drops you off right in front of the hotel. So, it's very well-served by public transport. I would definitely come back without hesitation.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I specifically returned. It has everything for kids: a pool, a play area, and excellent breakfasts. I loved everything about it. I'm considering this hotel as my go-to whenever I'm in Budapest.

Modern hotel inside with lots of breakfast options. It's a 10-minute bus ride to the city center.

The location is quite remote, and the pool is tiny. It was worse than I expected. Breakfast had limited options. The room was reasonably comfortable though.

I really liked it. Excellent hotel, very clean. The breakfasts were amazing, I haven't seen such variety in a long time. It's a bit far from the center, but I got used to it and took the bus for 5 stops.

Excellent value for money! It's half the price of hotels near the Capitol, and it's a well-known chain, so the service is very standard. The room itself is fantastic – spacious and super clean. The only downside is that it's not in the city center, but taking a taxi back and forth every day is still quite cost-effective.

The air conditioning not cooling in the room and in my floor 5 the call bottom for elevator only one working for up.

Convenient location, average breakfast, overall stay = good

Neither amazing nor terrible, just average. The breakfast area was incredibly crowded, mainly due to tour groups. There was some noise in the room from the tram and constant sirens from police cars, fire engines, and ambulances, which was quite bothersome. However, the transportation was convenient.

This is my first time to visit Hungary and I feel so lucky to have chosen this hotel. The room is very clean and they provide a great breakfast. The hotel staff are all so helpful, friendly and professional. A million thanks from a Malaysian.
