Enough for use with good location. We arrived early and the staff packed the room and let us check in and store luggage there. They are friendly overall. However, it may be a bit difficult to communicate in English that day with the staff.

Friendly Staff

優點1，位置特別是市中心，非常方便，周圍有2條地鐵，多個公交車，步行去河邊，輪渡碼頭；周圍很多好吃的，還有lidl aldi這種超市～ps lidl的麪包蠻好吃的 優點2，我遇到的工作人員特別特別nice，非常友好，健談，説英語 缺點沒有電梯，需要自己拿行李上樓 這就是個樸素的普通小旅店，是物有所值的

La habitación perfecta. Grande, con colchones cómodos y muy limpia. Desayuno limitado, pero aceptable.

ウィーン西駅から徒歩3分、地下鉄、トラムの駅も近く観光スポットへのアクセスは非常にいい。部屋の設備は一般であるが、洗面台の栓が故障していて、開かず水が流れなかった。フロントにクレームをしたらすぐに対応してくれたが、結局直らなかった。

下午六點去入住，還被告知沒房，又等了一小時才辦理入住，當被問起早上十點就退房，到下午六點，八個小時的時間打掃房間還不夠嗎，前台男士回答，你是來投訴的嗎？OK，那就投訴吧

모두 좋은데 샴푸. 비누. 커피포트가 없어요 귀여운건 필기구가 몽땅연필. 깨끗해요 아침 조식도 청결하고 간소하면서도 좋아요 1층에 레스토랑이 있는데 친절하고 좋아요

房間雖然小，但是該有的都有，也很乾淨整潔。櫃檯人員很親切，英文也很能溝通，非常滿意。 飯店距離河岸很近，附近也是熱鬧的地方，吃飯購物都很方便。

Nice central location to use as a base for a weekend away. Room was nice and big and clean and didn’t everything we needed it to do. Only downside was no kettle or coffee in the room (I like a coffee as soon as I get up). Breakfast was very basic but did the job and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very central to all amenities friendly receptionist who was very helpful..comfy bed..great location close to everything...for the price we paid found the experience very acceptable. Easy to find in the city centre with busses and trams..plenty of taxis easy to get about

This hotel was good to put your head down and chill after a long day exploring the city. It’s right in the centre so everything is nearby the room was really big and we had new towels everyday and clean bedding on the 3rd day, breakfast was good as well very nice scrambled egg and coffee! The staff were so nice and helpful even booked out tickets for the river cruise.

Lovely hotel with very clean rooms and friendly staff. Situated 5 mins from the Danube, its in a great location, within walking distance to most sight seeing attractions of Budapest. Pedestrianised street so no traffic noise, and a great Irish pub on the corner, and a deli Bars and restaurants within minutes, it really is a great hotel to stay in for a lovely long weekend in Budapest. I will definitely be booking this hotel again. The beds are sooooo comfy. xx

Stayed at this hotel as part of a four night city break. Upon arrival to the hotel the receptionist when initially very welcoming, we were able to leave our cases and returned to check in later on. We were unaware that the hotel did not have a lift therefore we had to carry two suitcases up three flights of stairs. On entering the room, it was very dated and basic. The facilities within the room were very poor. The general appearance of the room did not give a good impression, there was no safe, the curtains didn’t cover the windows, there was no safety lock on the door or windows and the fridge was unclean with mould. In addition the shower in the bathroom was mouldy, the shower door was loose on the runners and had fallen off when opened. On using the shower it didn’t function and was leaking excessively onto the bathroom floor. The overall general cleanliness of both the room and bathroom was poor. We brought this issue up to the reception staff about the concerns of the bathroom they seemed very un phased and showed little concern. When asked if the shower could be fixed we were told that the showers had been checked by the plumbers and they were all functional, said there was nothing that could be done about a leaking shower other than to give us extra towels to put on the floor. We were then offered to change rooms to the one next door which was in a similar condition to the original room, very basic and lacked general cleanliness. We were staying on a bed and breakfast basis. However the breakfast offered was extremely poor quality and choice, again lacking in basic facilities such as a toaster. It was overall a very unpleasant four night stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Budapest.

Stayed in September as a group of friends. A very unpleasant experience overall ; - no lift - x3 flights of stairs - poor breakfast/ lack of choice (no toaster), food left uncovered the night before - rooms outdated - mouldy shower / fridge - shower screen kept coming off rollers / dated furniture in room - no additional safety lock on doors or windows - no basics in bedroom (eg kettle, iron, safe) - unable to provide another pillow but instead offered a rolled up duvet stated that “all the British people had taken them” - showers were poor quality, shower head minuscule and leaked over bathroom - shower tray leaked over bathroom floor when this was raised the receptionist didn’t see any issues and said the plumber had reviews all bathrooms and happy with condition - no housekeeping / freshening / tidying of bedding or providing fresh towels - initial friendly welcome and central location are the only positives.
