Ulasan the Westin Pazhou

Pengalaman yang sangat baik, katakan okey dahulu Perkhidmatan manusiawi Kami tiba lebih awal di kedai, jadi kami menelefon dahulu dan bertanya sama ada kami boleh memohon. Pusat servis mengatakan bahawa kami perlu menyemak jenis bilik dan anggaran masa ia akan tiba. Kami tiba di meja depan kerana kami mempunyai katil berkembar, jadi kami terus mendaftar masuk. Pengurus Li di kaunter penerimaan tetamu juga dinaik taraf secara percuma. Terima kasih banyak untuk bilik yang besar dan kemudahan yang baik. Pemandangan sungai memang tak terkalahkan dan cantik Bufet juga sangat baik, tetapi malangnya, kami meminta pengurus meja depan untuk membantu membuat temu janji. Jawapannya ialah tempahan telah dibuat pada jam 6:30, tetapi ia mungkin perlu menunggu tempat duduk jika ditempah pada waktu malam. Jadi saya pergi makan malam lebih awal dan tidak menunggu tempat duduk. Saya fikir restoran boleh lebih dalam hal ini Nasib baik, saya tidak membuat saya menunggu dalam barisan atau saya pasti akan mengadu. Janji temu bermakna tidak sama, pengurus meja depan memberitahu saya. Tidak mengapa untuk pergi lewat. Kakitangan tidak begitu ramai. Adalah tidak munasabah untuk mengawal bilangan tetamu dan masa makan tetamu. Pengurusan restoran perlu dipertingkatkan. Kolam itu benar-benar super sesak. Tapi mujurlah anak-anak saya sudah habis bermain

Warna bilik agak lama, tetapi muka biliknya memadai untuk peniaga yang menonton pameran itu. Kelebihannya ialah lounge pentadbiran yang terletak pada usia 40 tahun. Pemandangan lounge perkhidmatan adalah happy hour yang sangat bagus dan sarapan paginya sangat baik. Makanannya sangat sedap. Gim di tingkat 4 agak mengecewakan, tetapi secara umum, ia berbaloi untuk kemudahan dan tahap keseluruhan pameran, iaitu Westin.

Sangat bagus, kadar bilik termasuk sarapan pagi dan makan malam untuk dua orang. Sarapan dan makan malam sangat kaya. Bilik pemandangan sungai mempunyai pemandangan yang sangat baik dan kakitangan perkhidmatan sangat aktif. Sangat berpuas hati dengan satu pengalaman.

Everything about the hotel is great, however the service is what saves its flaws. The hotel can improve with updated tech for the phone charger, energy output of refrigerator, and charging capability of USB ports (amenities/facilities). The reception is aware of this, and helped accommodate need. The staff has strong bilingual skills for those more novice with translation devices. Much appreciated. I would say the check-in/check-out staff as well as concierge and restaurant staff carry the needs more so than other hotels. However, the hotel need not have prices so high compared to nearby hotels considering location amenities limited in the Expo/Poly area. I feel the Marriot Bonvoy umbrella can ensure Westin implements better rates. I give a 5 on the location as it relates to the reason of my visit for a conference. I did not leave the island with the exception of Canton Tower buffet, as there is enough to do for a short weekend (beer park, metro museum, ancient port). The room service menu choice was perfection, and way better food options than the revolving restaurant at Canton Tower (compare price).

I went to Guangzhou just to go to my favourite band’s live concert. On the day of the concert, I went to the wrong concert venue and returned to the hotel to talk to Iris, a member of the reception staff. She immediately arranged a taxi for me and I made it safely to the start of the concert. The porter, whose name I don't know, was also really helpful in assisting me to use the ATM! It was indeed first-class service from the Westin. Thank you so much!

Good amenities, cleanliness and just beside canton fair ground. Suitable for business traveller. Nice canton food restaurant at level 2.

Excellent stay. Restaurant was excellent for breakfast and evening meal. Room was spacious and clean.

once again review this hotel, been here at least 4 time per year for canton fair, what can i said for conveience... right there in the fair. only complain during rush hour so many people use the elevator, maybe not in house guest cannot use it will be lovely. recommendation: More bar snack please, Langham is not too far have more variety and they even have a gift for stay.... you better up the game if people know there is hotel near by walking distant

Fabulous hotel especially if you’re going to Canton fair- Just a short 2min walk and you’re there. Being directly connected to the centre definitely makes things easier - especially if it’s your first time at Canton Fair. The hotel is great and staff were amazing.

Good services

Exceptional hotel with prime location for fair visiting. Connected to the Expo Complex with footbridge on 3/F. I was given a corner room with 270 degrees view of the city for one night. Room service was delicious and just what I needed to recharge after a full day of booth browsing. Buffet breakfast was outstanding and plenty to keep me going for the rest of the day without lunch. Staff were friendly and helpful. Elevator may get crowded and takes a while to queue when guests flooded back after each day. Westin had an exclusive golf cart shuttle across the footbridge but unfortunately no driver was available during my stay. Overall I'd rate this hotel 95/100 and will definitely return for the next fair.

good location, high service standard, friendly staff, high recommended

The hotel is situated near the Canton Fair and it is accessible from the 3rd floor. The room is big and beds are comfortable. The buffet breakfast is also have very wide choices between Asian and Western Cuisine. I would recommend anyone visiting the Canton Fair should book this hotel upfront.The only downside is the price as it is quite expensive.
