Stayed for 5 nights at the peak season and experienced the heat wave temperature. Temperature broke new record hight at 40 degrees in Budapest during my visit, and the AC in the room is not cool enough even I turned it on full blast. Apart from that, the hotel is fine. Good location, easy traffic to most tourist attractions. Breakfast buffet was good, but the same options every day. The check in team were helpful, the taxi they booked for me to the airport is fast and efficient. Thank you.

Really good hotel, only issue its a 10-15 minute walk from 100E bus but the price is so reasonable and the rooms were very clean. I recommend this one

They were super helpful and kind! Throughout the whole time they did everything we needed or wanted! We were very impressed with their breakfast as well! The roof has a wonderful view of the sunset, but it would be nice to have a bartender up there from certain times and for the sauna to always be running from certain times as well.

Friendly service staff. Good rain shower with consistent temperature. well connected to all parts of the city.

We had a lovely stay at the gorgeous EST Savoy Grand Hotel. Staff were kind and helpful, the room was well appointed and the bed very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the variety and quality of food at breakfast. Yum!

It’s a nice hotel nearby New York Cafe. I like its modern style and the coffee machine in the room. All the furnitures are looked quite new and the stuff are clean enough. However, there is no ground or underground parking lot, and need to go the other place 2 blocks away.

Overall a nice hotel. Clean, new, nicely designed and conveniently located. However, no air conditioning in 2 of the 4 nights we stayed there. AC out of order. So hot and humid at night that we didn't sleep well. No apologies from the staff or whatsoever. Disappointing..

The room was smaller than expected and the window faces out to an inner courtyard. I expected it to be a good room considering it's advertised as the 6th best luxury hotel in Budapest but I was sorely disappointed. Must too costly for the price paid. Not worth. Not in the best locations as have to take metro or a long walk to town or food always. Not much options nearby.
