Расположение супер, рядом пешеходная зона старого города. В тоже время к отелю удобно подъехать на автомобиле. Очень доброжелательный, отзывчивый персонал отеля. Отличный сытный завтрак. Номер достаточно просторный, в ванной комнате есть все необходимые туалетные принадлежности. В наличии чайник и холодильник. Наш номер находился на втором этаже внутреннего дворика, отдыхать было комфортно, очень тихо. Рядом с отелем есть небольшой продуктовый магазинчик. В старом городе огромное количество кафе и сувенирных лавочек. Всё в пешей доступности. Хороший отель, рекомендую. Соотношение цены и качества.

Globalement déçus par les prestations. Très belle piscine mais accès au sauna et hammam payants alors que la réservation indiquait le contraire. Personnel peu agréable au spa et peu disponible à la réception. L’hôtel est plutôt bruyant : en effet, il y’a eu un défilé assez incroyable de couples qui se mariaient (photos dans le hall) et qui pour certains fêtaient cela à l’hôtel… Le petit déjeuner est très bien mais plusieurs fois impacté par les mariages (plus de café, tables sales, etc). Très cher par rapport à notre expérience dans l’hôtel et surtout en comparaison avec d’autres hôtels de la ville de moins bon standing que nous avons finalement préféré à celui-ci.

A lovely family run this guest house, and the location is excellent, but I cannot recommend it for anyone other than backpackers. The four bed room we booked is an annex of a dorm, and whilst it had a lockable door, it still lacked privacy. There is only one western toilet and one shower for all guests. Unlike our other guesthouses, breakfast was not included in the rate. Lastly, there are a series of rules guests are expected to follow. Whilst these were not unreasonable, I felt more like a student on school camp than a paying guest!

Мы с семёй посетили Бухару и остановились в отеле НАКШБАНД. Очень отзывчивый и добрый персонал. Номера были идеально чистые, всё вычещенно до блеска. Постельное бельё супер белоснежное. По 3 полотенце на человека. В номере есть все необходимое, шкаф, тумбочки и прикроватные разетки. Тв , интернет и кондиционер работают отлично. Завтраки просто супер вкусные и ооочень обильные. Каждый день что то новое готовили нам. Завтрак подаётся на крыше отеля-на терассе откуда открывается фантастический вид на весь старый город и достопримечательности. Расположение идеальное, в сердце старого города. Рекомендую!

オーナーもスタッフも親切で心休まる空間でした。観光に行くためにタクシー手配して料金交渉もしてくれます。部屋の設備も予想外に良くアパホテル以上と言っても良いです👍

This is a very nice hotel. I found it very clean and comfortable. The workers are also nice and friendly, and they speak English very well. The price you pay here is worth the services it offers. If I were to return or visit Bukhara again, I would definitely feel okay to spend the night here. The pictures show the type of room I booked, and some parts of the environment inside this hotel.

This former caravanserai is right in the middle of the old town, a perfect place for exploring from. Our room (140) was in a newer part of the property on the first floor (one down from reception) & meant taking a flight of stairs down & then up again. This no step free access to this part of the building so be prepared to carry your luggage. The room itself was large with good air conditioning & WiFi connection. Unfortunately the safe didn’t work, but was quickly replaced (but the replacement was not secured & could easily be picked up to take contents away). The bathroom was ok, but the shower had a tendency to overflow, so just be careful. Breakfast was in a large room in the basement & was an impressive selection, lots of cakes as well as fruit & hot selections. If there are a lot of people then getting coffee can take time as despite there being two machines the staff insist on serving you & there is only one person on the coffee station & they only use one machine. We also feel that as we were just a couple and not able to speak Russian we were given a lower level of service, always being pushed to the back of a queue or allowed to be interrupted by other guests pushing in. The hotel though doesn’t make full use of its facilities, despite having a central courtyard there are no seats there, in fact there are only about six chairs on the verandas in total and they are outside bedrooms so feels a bit odd to sit there if it is not your room. There was a small courtyard outside our room but again no seats & we only had one chair in the room so couldn’t even use that to sit together outside. Despite the website saying there is a bar, there wasn’t, we were rudely told ‘if you want a drink go over the road’. And the restaurant was shut, supposedly opening again the week after our visit. We did find our way to the roof thanks to a very helpful member of staff, & there is work being done to open a rooftop restaurant, we used some chairs that the builders had left and had a wonderful view of the sunset over the old town. The new restaurant should be an asset. Overall the hotel is ok, needs to capitalise on the assets better, and treat all guests the same.
