Hotel Bukit Mertajam dengan Bar

Sikap perkhidmatan kakitangan meja depan adalah sangat baik. Tempat letak kereta yang selesa, sarapan pagi yang mewah, gimnasium dan kolam renang. Biliknya luas dan kemas, serta peralatan tempat tidurnya bersih dan bersih. Bilik ini serba lengkap dengan minuman percuma.

Great hotel. Room spacious and equipped with TV Box. All movies are updated. Room window is openable for fresh air and suitable for ligjt smokers. Will come back to this hotel on my upcoming business trip

If it wasn't for attending my relative's funeral and for the low price, I will not stay here, to be honest, especially for solo ladies. It's really a very budget hotel with the most basic amenities. No kettle to boil water. Only 2 hangers n a rod provided to hang a couple of clothes. Water heater not functioning well. Toilet seat has urine stain on it. The swing door guard broke. I have to use a chair to block the door for a bit of security. Very limited free parking for patrons, otherwise can park at public parking areas that you need to pay. At least the good thing is the room is bright, a bit clean, the air con and TV is working fine.

The hall is clean and welcoming. And with a hawker food centre next to it, everything seems good. However there is no free parking at the front of the hotel but you can park for free at a nearby basement car park (ask receptionist for direction). We were given a corner room, and once I opened the door and on the light, I was shocked to see cockroaches crawling out from underneath the bed and back again! Didn’t have good night sleep for consecutive 2 days. My friends in the other room also felt uncomfortable for the 2 nights. Maybe the room is rather small for 2 pax. The pleasant thing is the Bosses Cafe next to the hotel offers very good coffee and desserts.
