정말 너무 뷰가 최고였어요! 스파 시설도 좋았습니다. 마지오레 강 바로 앞에 비치 클럽도 포함되어서 인생 경험하고 왔습니다!

Booked this hotel for myself and my partner for 2 nights during Eurovision week for May 2022 back in Oct 2021. A friend also did the same on a separate booking. However, in Jan 2022 both bookings were cancelled due to issues with ”payment processing on card”. This was blatant lying, as both cards for both bookings worked fine. What really happened is the hotel knew it could get more for the nights in question with such a big event on in Turin (see prices for hotels that week vs. other weeks if you don't believe me) and cancelled both our bookings. Half hearted excuses were given ”I'm not the person who processes bookings” etc and a call back to explain situation further that was requested never happened. Conveniently, hotel is now booked out for same dates a mere 5 mins after cancelling our bookings. Management are clearly greedy and dishonest and attempting to price gouge during a time of high demand. Shame on them. Do not recommend lest you also fall foul of cancelled bookings

Hotel is in much need of some updates. The sheets and bedding were all ripped and ball-y and the carpets are stained. One pillow each on bed. We were really disappointed after staying at the hotel majestic in bologna. Would not rate this as a 5 star hotel more like 3. Location is great and breakfast buffet was just ok. Most hotels now let you order omelets or eggs how you like, we missed that. This is our 4th time to the lakes and we would not stay here again. Hotel needs some painting and updates to rooms

I must admit I had my concerns. My first impression I had when I saw this place while booking it was that it is some kind of a youth hostel. Yet, I took the chance and booked it. I am glad I found this most welcoming hotel. This is a mixed facility. The first 4 floors are only for university students and the top 2 (5+6) are for hotel guests. The decoration is great, new and maintained greatly. They even installed a new decorative wall paper in our floor even that the walls were in a very good shape. The staff is great, both at the front desk and the Baristas at the open dining area. The lower ground of the hotel is amazing. It has laundry machines and dryers operated by a convenient app provided by the front desk. It has quiet learning area, a gym, cooking stations, table tennis, pool table and a large screen to project your movies. Breakfast is very basic, yet, the coffee is great. The rooms terraces face the interior yard in which students may gather and have some fun. Don't mistake, it is fun, not extra noise or anything like it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are really sizeable and offer good value. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all super friendly(speaking English) and helpful. The hotel is 100 meters from the very efficient subway system which we used to get to the historic centre and to and from dinner - as easiest to avoid trying to find a parking spot in town for the car (the hotel offers free parking). The hotel complex in the old FIAT factory includes a shopping mall, supermarket, the roof race track an art museum and a conference centre.

Quando nel mio lavoro valuto le organizzazioni che visito devo riportare evidenze oggettive. Il compenso è ottimo si tratta di un lavoro e deve avere un adeguato compenso racconto questa esperienza su tripadvior solo perché molto divertente. Non ero intenzionato a scrivere recensioni talvolta lo faccio sperando che possano servire non ai Clienti ma in particolare ai proprietari o gestori di alberghi o ristoranti come spunto per migliorare la qualità del servizio. Quando mi capita di scriverle le documento come nel mio lavoro da evidenze oggettive ma in questo caso non ne ho molte. Premetto che l'albergo è in fase di ristrutturazione e questo non era riportato chiaramente su TripAdvisor. Una forte carenza nel controllo di un'attività straordinaria così rilevante, da parte della Direzione dell'albergo mi porta a consigliare di evitare la prenotazione sino al termine dei lavori. Nella ristrutturazione in corso sono state momentaneamente eliminate le scale esterne su un lato dell'albergo da utilizzare come vie di fuga in caso di incendio, restano quelle sul lato opposto. Sul lato dove è in corso la ristrutturazione ho notato che vengono eseguiti lavori di profonda perforazione che mi fanno pensare a problemi strutturali da risolvere. All'arrivo chiedo di utilizzare il parcheggio interno a pagamento anche perché una parte di quello esterno ė utilizzato come parcheggio per i mezzi che stanno lavorando alla ristrutturazione. Scendo verso il parcheggio interno e volendo andare al coperto come generalmente faccio nei vari alberghi a 4 stelle dove mi reco scendo sino al portone interno. È chiuso scendo e lo apro premendo sul comando per l'apertura. Il portone si apre io proseguo e mi trovo anziché in un parcheggio libero in un salone colmo di mobili o altre cose accatastate mi è impossibile accedere per fare inversione di marcia e sono costretto a risalire in retromarcia ovviamente affrontare la forte pendenza in retromarcia causa una forte usura al mezzo che si guida, e questo è stato evidenziato dal fortissimo odore di gomma bruciata che si sentiva. Risalito in retromarcia il posto macchina più comodo era occupato da una carriola colma di vetri rotti. Non me la sento di spostarla così vado verso i posti a pagamento esterni. Parcheggio la macchina con estrema difficoltà, correttamente nei limiti circoscritti, dato che lo spazio per parcheggiare non permette una facile manovra. Sceso dalla macchina noto che, appena sopra al cofano della macchina termina un tubo delle grondaie e tutta l'acqua finisce sul cofano dato che sta piovedo. La cosa non mi piace e decido di spostarla. Con estrema difficoltà, dato che lo spazio e molto stretto riparcheggio la macchina altrove. Visto che l'albergo è in ristrutturazione non è possibile accedere direttamente dal retro dal parcheggio, ma è necessario ripercorrere con le valige la stradina ora in salita uscire da parcheggio per rientrare in albergo. Arriviamo alla partenza, ed al recupero della macchina al parcheggio. Ca

An excellent hotel, significant cheaper than the rip off prices in London, good location. 1.70 euro by subway from the centre, but get a multi ticket for a lot less. eg 3 day 10 euro. Stayed 3 nights , unfortunately for me this will probably one of my last stays as a diamond member, this stay will be remembered for that. The Lingotto stop is the better because you can walk through the shopping mall and access the shopping mall direct from the 2nd floor. ( rear lift) . Staff excellent: Only slight negative comment- the restaurant is fairly limited in choice but you would probably eat out so not an issue from our perspective. pricing of the menu though very fair. Good selection for the continental breakfast . Good gym equipment- located on each floor ive never seen that before. if back in Turin this is where we will stay.

The hotel pick-up and drop-off service is very good. After calling the hotel, the car came quickly. The front desk of the hotel is also very polite. The room is fairly clean, but the bathroom facilities can be better, there is some smell. There is a large shopping mall about 20 minutes' walk from the hotel, and the hotel also has a cute cat. In general, it is a good choice for passengers who need to transit at Malpensa Airport.

We stayed here for only one night on a stop over to the Dolomites. Our room was clean, comfortable and a good size. The staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly. There is a free car park, also a secure car park and garage from which there is a lift into the hotel for only €8 a night, well worth it. There is a nice bar and restaurant for a drink and dinner and a good selection of items for breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel for a night or two in Turin, I would stay here again.

This stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. Rooms are of a good size and don't feel cramped in them, thwy are clean and organised. The bathroom is also of a good size with all amenities avaialble with good toiletries at hand. The beds are also of a good size and comfortable mattresses help you to a good night sleep. All in all it is a very good hotel worth the money.

Pleasant and conveniently located hotel to rest at night after being in the city. Friendly staff. Rooms clean and well kept. Food was good. Variety is good for a few days. Plenty of drinks and wine to go with dinner each night. Shops nearby and a lovely park to walk in. We stayed there with a large group for 3 nights. Easy to get downtown from as well as both football stadiums. Anything we asked for was quickly delivered at the desk to us. For example, We asked for another pillow and blanket and were handed them immediately. Good level of English spoken so we talked to many people in the hotel. It was very friendly and helpful.

Staff were great and so helpful! Lovely breakfast and really nice room! Easy access to the centre of Turin. Food store close by and a really nice restaurant. Definitely recommend you stay! No complaints at all!

Sarapan pagi memang hebat, pilihan menu yang kaya, apa yang anda mahu makan pada malam pertama, isi borang ke meja depan, pilih waktu makan anda sendiri, keesokan harinya, pelayan akan menghantar makanan ke bilik tepat pada waktunya, sangat penuh perhatian , dan pengalaman minum kebersihan sangat baik, patut dicadangkan.

It is a grand old hotel though well maintained with modern comfortable rooms. The beds were good. There is an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The grassy area outdoors near the pool is a great place to sit and look at the lake and at Isola Bella. Service was very good. Only problem was the food. We were here as part of a group and had half board. Breakfast was OK, but dinner was very spotty. Mostly not so good, a few good meals. Avoid the fish, always way overcooked. If you are not tied to a group walk into town for dinners.

Por segunda vez volvimos a este hotel que nunca decepciona aunque deben mejorar la forma en que exponen las ofertas. Al llegar al hotel pedí que quería tener la oferta relax total que figuraba en la pagina web. En la mima décia desde 1399 Euros por lo que di oor obvio que ese era el precio para 3 días ( publicidad engañosa, sin necesidad.). Pensando que este era el precio me dijeron en el chek in que no podían generarlo ellos, debía subir al Spa para arreglar con la persona de ahí. Subo al Spa antes de hacer chek in; y le muestro a la persona la oferta a lo que me dice que si la podemos tomar. Me dice que lo debo arreglar en el chek in. Bajo a chek in y hago la gestión por el programa Relax Total. Después de un buen rato me dicen que esta ok y les pido para pagar toda la estadía. Siempre hago de esta forma. Cuando voy a pagar cada habitación ( eran 2); me dicen que el total de ese programa eran 1799 Euros en vez de 1399 Euros. Les reclamo que en el Spa había mostrado la oferta y que me habían dicho que estaba ok pero me dicen que esa tarifa es para otros meses, no el que estaba en curso. Yo ya le había dicho a mis acompañantes que tomaríamos ese programa. Estaban todos ilusionados. Pero al enterarme que valía 400 Euros más de lo que decía en la página inicial tuve que cancelar. Pedí para hablar con el Gerente y este me dijo que no iba a hacer nada; no siquiera una atención por haberse equivocado cuando subí al Spa ( que ellos me mandaron) y le mostré el programa a la chica, la que me dio el ok. Un Gerente que no sabe tratar a un cliente. Yo tengo empresa y si me pasa eso busco una solución. Ellos alegaron que si yo ponía la fecha me arrojaba el precio que decían ellos. Cosa que era verdad. Pero entonces , porque me hicieron ir al Spa para arreglar la oferta? Y si la chica me dio el ok cuando le mostré el precio y el programa; no deberían haber aido flexibles ? Que necesidad tiene el hotel de hacer publicidad engañosa ? La verdad que el hotel es espectacular. No tengo nada que decir respecto a sus habitaciones, las piscinas , el Spa etc. Todo es de primera. La cena que tuvimos ahí no me gustó. Cara y porciones muy pequeñas. El resto todo de primera. Aconsejo que cambien la forma de promover estas ofertas Igualmente recomiendo el hotel.

We had a triple corner room (with 2 balconies) which was very spacious compared to other hotels we've stayed in,bathroom had a bath and separate walk in shower. Staff all very helpful and friendly with good English. Ample selection at buffet breakfast, continental and bacon and scrambled egg available. Very clean in all areas. Great location, across from the lake, near the ferry station, lots of restaurants and little shops nearby. Double glazing kept the room quiet from street sounds. Others have commented on lack of soundproofing but we had no problem, once or twice heard next doors shower running but only when in our bathroom. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I return to Lago Maggiore. We were in room 104, in the Stresa part of the hotel.

Our hearts are full of gratitude for everything the @villapalazzoaminta offered to us on our wedding day. The whole experience was so perfect, that we felt like we were at our houses. Villa Aminta is now our place in Stresa. And Stresa, our love's place in the world. Comfortable rooms, stunning views, tasty food, and a kind and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel and location.Great staff,very kind and helpful. Unfortunately I can’t give a 5 stars for few flaws: 1)The hotel is expensive,even so there is no kettle in the room and if you want you need to pay an extra 10 euros.I have travelled a lot around the globe and this is first time it happens. 2)There is a sauna but again you need to pay an extra 12 euros to use it 3)At check out we were charged a 5% of the total bill in service charges.This wasn’t mentioned at the time of the booking (only the tourist fee), so I have found it unfair.

We stayed at Hotel Splendid for 2 nights while enjoying Lake Maggiore, we had wonderful weather. This Hotel is beautiful, quite grand but in a friendly way, the interiors are classic light and airy make the most of stunning views across the lake. The reception team are very welcoming and friendly and we were greeted like old friends. They very simply and efficiently organised a private water taxi for us to tour the lake and the islands with a lovely skipper who dropped us off and picked us up as we wished. It saved so much queuing on the Islands and we could follow our own timetable. It cost €100 for the both of us and was worth it. We had dinner one night on the terrace over looking the lake which was fabulous. Beautifully presented melon and their local cured ham which was sweet and delicious. The lamb was cooked to perfection and my husband’s perch fresh and tasty. The restaurant team were both efficient but fun too. A lovely evening. Our room was one of their corner suites which was roomy, light with two balconies on the 5th floor so again wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. It had everything we needed including a welcome bottle of Prosecco. The only hiccup was a small bathroom incident when I got stuck in the toilet! The sliding doors that separated it from the main bathroom got jammed and there I was. Fortunately there was a phone on the wall so I tried enough numbers to finally attract the attention of reception who responded immediately and I was released. This clearly needs looking at and was not fixed during our stay but the Hotel from management down were apologetic, understanding and could not have done more apart from take the bathroom apart which I’m sure they will do now we have left. This was a wonderful stay in a beautiful place inside a charming and well run Hotel. Swimming in the lake was sublime, warm, calm with sun beds a few steps away from the water. If you book a suite the use of the Spa is included however at this time of year the lake is perfect plus there is an outdoor pool. Thank you Hotel Splendid.
