No frills hotel. All amenities needed are in place. The housekeeping staffs are really nice. Sockets are next to the bed

Supposed to be NON Smoking but the room allocated was full of cigarette smell . Rules are not implemented as we found there are guests smokhang inside the room and at first floor lobby as well. There isn't double layer curtain blinds except the thick curtain so you can't open the thick curtain as others can see through the window . There isn't any any shower door except a very fragile/ thin layer of cheap plastic screen that could not prevent the water from spilling towards the bathroom door and flooding the whole floor that has made it very slippery. Towet rack is installed too high , you may find it difficult to reach. TV reception is so poor you couldn't tell which channel or program is playing. Overall ,room is clean but others are disappointing and room rate is expensive. Will not recommend anyone to stay .

Room is decently equipped and clean. For its affordable price, we can't expect too much. But 1 thing to comment, for rooms closer to the access to lift area, it can be very noisy, since the room's door is very much NOT noise insulated. So you will hear every guest talking on corridor. The closer the room to the lift, the much Guests' noise you will receive.

Very Easy checking in at E-Red Hotel Alma. Enjoyed the stay there. Staffs very friend my and room is clean. I had a great stay there.

So disappointed about staff , ask for meck up room , but there hang up my phone , just said no mood talk to me , even the duty manager Mr Raymond also no make apologise to me . Not I ******, both of this Indian also Paria . This is my first time and my last time stay this hotel . To any want stay here , I wish them good luck …..

reasonable price for budget hotel, however cleanliness can be improved.

The room was smelly. And wanna fine us because of the floor mat dirty. Not recommended this hotel.

Nice and clean place.

There are a lot of dust and hair on the floor. Feel like already one week no people clean up. The toilet did not do well on wet area and dry area. After bath brush your teeth the floor are very wet. The price for this hotel also quite expensive and not worth to stay for next round.
