Hot shower was fine. Indonesian and continental breakfast was served downstairs. The hotel offers laundry service. Wi-Fi reception was intermittent. Hotel Gran Malindo is a basic stopover hotel for tour groups.

Overall bilik dan kebersihan ok.. cuma masa breakfast saya minta telur sunny side up, hampir sejam, habis nasi goreng saya tanya lagi, jengkel saya jawab nasi dah habis. , saya tanya lagi, dah dua kali, saya tinggal sini dua kali , KEDEKUT TELUR NGASI!
