I am currently staying at this hotel. Even thought booked by the company I work at. Thus far, my stay has been above expectations. Location is great. Right across from a small shopping center and like a soccer field away from a mall. The two standout people here and Kim and Raini. They both work at reception and have treated me like I was their best VIP. Raini helped me after my first day where I tore my pants at work and recommended good stores at the Marina Mall. Which she helped to find. Much appreciated. Kim helped me to find a restaurant with a specific nationality of food I wanted to try something new. These two exceptional employees make me want to visit the salmiya area on my own. And I would stay at this hotel and recommend it to anyone who ask me where to stay in the area. Last but not least. The AC is FREEZING and Buffalo and Starbucks are on ground floor. Great morning drinks. And the food at Buffalo is great too.

My 1st time in Kuwait and I'm so glad I picked this hotel. I booked the Business Traveller option which includes free airport transfer. Pick up at the airport was very efficient and a comfortable ride in their black executive car. Check in was very fast and the staff was very professional and attentive. I was given a lovely room facing the sea. Good water pressure and everything was in very good condition! This hotel provides a short complimentary ride to the bridge which connects guest to the mall. Very thoughtful of them. I absolutely love the location of this hotel. It's a walking distance to 2 malls and the Marina is just outside of the hotel. Very decent delicious breakfast buffet at Six Palm which is a beautiful restaurant. What I love most about this hotel is the private beach. It's absolutely stunning! It's so peaceful and the weather was just perfect. On my last day, I was given a late check out till 3pm which was included in my package and I really appreciate it. I couldn't find fault in this gem and I highly recommend it! Thank you Safir Marina and to everyone working there who made my stay a memorable one!

اجواء عائلية جميلة جدا والمكان راقي ومريح والخدمة جيده فقط تأخروا في احضار الحقائب الى الغرفة ولكن تم تعويضي بساعات اكثر قبل تسجيل الخروج . الاسعار مرتفعه طبعا لاتعتبر رخيصة لخدمة الغرف للاكل والمشاريب والعشاء كان عادي اما الافطار لذيذ. الافطار من ظمن سعر الحجز وخدمة مطعم طريق الحرير فالافطار كانت فوق الممتازه واكثر من رائعين والموظفين مبتسمين جاهزين لتلبيت اي خدمة .. سأعيد التجربة اكيد في وقت قريب ان شاء الله

Laage ist sehr gut, Zimmer etwas alt, Zimmer wurde vergessen zu reinigen. Sonst Service sehr gut. Der Front office manager ist sehr engagiert, sehr gut. Er hat mir viele Empfehlungen für Ausflüge, Restaurants usw gegeben. Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Walk in Dusche ist? ausgezeichnet. Abendessen hatte ich nicht. Am Nachmittag gab es verschiedene Schockolade zum Testen. Pool Service ist auch sehr freundlich Service am Abend hervorragend und sehr freundlich. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen, Fitnesscenter ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit vielen Geräten. Hat mir gut gefallen. Wenn ich wieder komme würde ich das Hotel in Kuwait wieder buchen. Preis Leistung ist sehr gut.

اول مره اعمل مساج في فندق و احس في استرخاء تاام عكس الفنادق الباقية المساج عباره عن مضيعة وقت و دفع فلوس اما في نور سبا المساج روعة و ممتع و المعالج كان ودود و محترم جداً thank you Gamuno. سعر المساج يسوى ان الواحد يسويه و يستاهل كل دينار

The aldiwan restaurnt is very good i want to thank to miss sushma who helps us a lot she is very good girl she has a very beautiful smile the ambieance and the food was very good i want to visit again and again to taste the food and the others staff is also very kind and helpful

Very nice and cozy hotel. Pool, gym, and all other facilities are great. Rooms are also great. Everything was nice for me except for a specific area in the bedroom. The bedroom overall is neat and clean. Maybe an isolated case, the area under the bed obviously has missed cleaning/vacuum. Accumulated dust are quite hidden due to the carpets on both sides of the bed but is visible when sitting from the couch. On the contrary, shower, bathroom, tables, floor, pantry, TV area, cabinets are all clean. Still kudos to the cleaning staff. :)
