Simply amazing! I was in Western Uganda for 2 Weeks, my first time in south Sahara Africa ever on a Self-organized trip. Staying at Miriam and Stefan’s guest farm was the best decision to start in this region of the world. Miriam and Stefan are of such a great hospitality, they know every place, connected me with the right people. The Guest Farm itself is like a natural resorts, to see black and white colobus monkeys you can go to Kibale national Park or in the forest of Kluges Guest Farm 😀 The restaurant is also extremely good, if you are lucky Stefan prepares his special Curry. Also the nights at the fireplace with the other guest were awesome, The rooms are also nice, big with a terrasse and a view at Rwenzori Mountains, where I haded to after the relaxing days at the farm. Within an hours drive you can visit Rwenzori National Park, Kibale National Park, Semuliki Park, a Bit further away is lake Albert even Queen Elizabeth Park can be done from here. AND! No Moskitos, the farm is on 1700 m above sea Level.
