Ulasan Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport

The hotel common areas look nice, but there only just 2 bistros serving light food at office hours. Hotel room is clean, but don't like the random looking picture on the wall. Big space for 2 pax. I will still use this place if need be, price point is appropriate.

The room was nice and clean and I got the breakfast buffet which I enjoyed.

Location is relatively near the hotel as there is direct free shuttle from airport but the hotel vicinity has nothing much. The gym was okay but the room was slightly old in my opinion.

Rug is clearly very dirty and smelly as we sneezed non stop after we got into the our room, found somebody's hair in toilet sink, there was strange odor coming out of the toilet. Toilet door was somehow broken, towels are bit smelly, dust on almost all of the furnitures. Old coffee capsules are left behind in the mashine. Overall, thank god we just had it to spend the night for our next flight. Will never recommend it.

It is one of my favorite hotels that I like staying at because the rooms are nice and it is a good location close to a lot of places to walk around. Will stay again soon

It's more convenient to go to the airport

Location was ok as we landed at SFO around 10:30pm and just needed a place to stay before our flight on the next day. But beware you might not be able to get on the first hotel shuttle if you arriving in late-evening. There were quite some of airline crews staying at the hotel so the demand for shuttle could be a bit high during late-evening, i was lucky to get on but some had to wait 15 more mins for the next shuttle. Hotel & the room itself is a bit old, with loud squeaking sound every time i used the shower. Also seems the hotel does nickel & dime a little as they charge $4 for a small bottle of water if you are not their top tier members.

The hotel was huge and clean. The gym was pretty good according to my husband.

Everything was going well until I was charged a “handling fee” for ordering an Amazon parcel to the hotel. Vague excuse offered. Apart from that it was a pleasant stay and the breakfast quite good.

The hotel is nice and the service is very good. However, the safe in the room was not working, and they never sent someone to fix it after I called to report the issue. And they said they would send someone right away after they finished dealing with an emergency. Also, parking is way too expensive. And there are no practical alternatives if you drive a car. USD 40 per night is simply a rip off.
