The location is great. If you want to lay your back down in a comfortable bed I guess this is a great option. The price is very affordable. They even give free breakfast that's a plus point.

We only spent one night but it was a very pleasant stay. The staff are very friendly. The location of the hotel is very central right next to the cathedral and many coffees and restaurant near by the hotel. We would recommend this hotel

The hotel owner was absolutely lovely. She provided lots of useful information and made an effort to ensure I enjoyed my time in Hanoi . The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious!

The most awful experience in my travels so far. The hotel, the room was nothing close to what was online. Booked two nights for the single bed and I was really appalled by the sight of the hotel. Location was a total put off for me. The toilets were rusted and dirty, couldn’t bear to stay one night but because I had booked and paid online, I had to substitute the two nights for a double bed and checked out the following morning. Woke up with a banging drilling noise, couldn’t wait to just leave the hotel. A very poor experience

Arrived from SAPA late evening, took us awhile to locate the hotel. I would recommend the family suite, it's quite spacious.

Lin was very good , she was the front desk person , she ewspoke three languages, . helped me with various problems . Ken and Pee were the other two front desk guys , they too were helpful young guys . The daytime jackhammer noise during working hours drove most all the guests frantic , to say the least , I puchased ear plugs . No breakfasts for 3 days , so we were transferred to a restaurant for breakfasts as advert. I had no severalwi-fi for
