Good value. Better than expected. Fast check in and check out. Very good selection of breakfast items that were fresh. Reservation was very simple. Price was extremely affordable considering the other options in this town.

Cost was slightly better than the nearby holiday inn express, reviews from other guests said customer service was great. Holiday inn customer service was not saying it was good. One night stay, didn’t have much time to check anything our spa related. Walked through the ******. Be advised ****** allows smoking. Luggage rack in individual room was a little loose, but held up. Details didn’t explain if there was an indoor pool, front desk said yes, however it was under construction. No complaints because it was only a one night stay. We will come back. Customer services all around was superb. Just unclear on the digital offerings when searching online that needs to be understood better.

The hotel is very nice and so convenient. However, we arrived to check in and my wife stayed in the car with our baby while I went in. She called me and said there was a man standing by our car yelling and apparently no one and had a large rock in his hand. The desk clerk said that Hampton/Hilton wouldn’t do anything about him. The man proceeded to come into the hotel, still carrying the rock and talking loudly to no one we could see, and he went over and helped himself to the complimentary coffee! This was extremely troubling because at any point he could have chose to throw at or hit someone with the rock! This rock wasn’t small and could have hurt someone badly, it should be considered a weapon and this man should NOT be allowed to stand outside or come into the hotel holding it!
