Hotel berhampiran İsmail Hakkı Bursevi Camii (Kuran kursu), Bursa

Personel çok ilgili, çay kahve v.s. hangi saatte isterseniz getiriyo, hatta kayağa çıkarken elimde termos görünce termosu doldurdular.Personele çok teşekkür ederim. Otel yeni kurulmuş, tüm eşyalar yeni, oda-banyo-klozet gerçekten temiz. Kahvaltı benim için çok önemli, oteli arayarak kahvaltı seçeneklerini ve sıcak menüyü sordum, çeşit geniş ve mutfakta istediğimiz omleti yaptırabileceğimizi söylediler, ancak gittiğimizde tüp yok dediler! Kahvaltı salonu buz gibiydi ilk gün hiçbirşey yiyemedik, donduk, sonraki günler üşümemek için kayak kıyafetiyle çıktık kahvaltı salonuna. Kayak tatili için gittim, yani akşam otele geldiğimde ilk aradığım şey sıcak, ancak ısıtmayı sistemi yok, klimada ısıtamadı. Kayakta değil odada hasta oldum. Firstly, the staff was very interested with us. Whenever you want, they bring tea or coffee, when they saw I have a thermos, they filled my thermos with tea, free. The hotel newly builded so everything is newly in room. Room-wc is clean. But Room heating with air condition. That can be very long time. Dinning room is very cold.

My family and I stayed here for 3 weeks while my mother was recovering from an operation and we had the best experience ever! Every single person we met was so kind and helpful and truly went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and worry-free as possible. We had many different requests (changing rooms, using conference room, etc.) and were never made to feel like a burden or nuisance. The rooms are extremely clean and organized and the staff speak multiple languages so communicating is very easy. Special thanks to Khaled, Mert, Cenk, Nihat, and many amazing team members whose names I did not catch for assisting us so much and making our stay so wonderful. I cannot recommend this hotel and its incredible staff enough, they truly make you feel like family and I will definitely stay here whenever I visit Bursa!

Otelinizin Spa bölümüne ilk kez dün misafir olduk(Aile hamamı),orada bulunan Nur Arı Sayal ve Zeyni Dükkancılar hanimefendilerin ilgisi,hızlî servisi ve güleryüzünden ziyadesi ile memnun kaldık.Artık her Türkiye ziyaretimizde Otelinizi mutlaka ziyaret edecegiz.Temizliĝi ve hizmeti bakımîndan herkese tavsiye ederiz.

Il Kadı Konağı Butık Termal di Bursa è un albergo molto curato che sorge nel centro città. Le destinazioni più interessanti posso essere raggiunte a piedi e l’auto può essere parcheggiata nel cortile antistante l’albergo. La nostra stanza pensata per 4 ospiti (2 letti matrimoniali) era estremamente piccola e forse non era stata destinata, inizialmente, per ospitare 4 adulti. Al piano terra si trova una grossa sala in cui viene servita la colazione (turca) a buffet. E’ possibile consumarla all’interno o ai tavoli che si trovano all’esterno. Gli ambienti sono rivestiti in legno e l’impressione generale è positiva. Il personale è socievole – seppur non in modo “spassionato” come ci è capitato in altre strutture in Turchia – e la pulizia buona.

We had unfortunate experience of travelling from Istanbul staying in some mediocre Hotels that just does no favour to Türkiye tourism whatsoever. 27th June was our 27th Wedding Anniversary & wished we were her at the Marigold but never mind. We stayed from 29th to 1st July & we had no regrets at all. In fact the service levels were so high we were taken back. From smooth checking in to Fruit platter in our lovely room to a phone call advising us that Complimentary Tea downstairs. We could not help but just kept a huge smile all the way our stay here at this perfect hotel. In fact we have not yet revisited same hotel twice but we might make another trip to Marigold in 2024. Hotel prides itself on service levels that are unmatched from anything we have experienced before. Breakfast was abundance & top quality including hot omelettes of your choice. Restaurant Manager was brilliant taking care that you were provided with everything even at Tea time smiling, caring. Room was lovely clean, had lovely bath/shower with shampoos/soaps that were more than appropriate. Beds were comfortable & large enough for a great sleep. What is a spectacular event is the Spa never seen wide ranging treatments catering for all. Steam, Hammams, Sauna Heated pool, thermal pool. Relaxing areas. My Wife was so taken back she visited Spa twice on the same day rather than visit other areas of Bursa as we had a car. Marigold made up for lost days on our actual Anniversary in June. It was an absolute pleasure to experience such hospitality with incredible facilities, festive food & Staff service levels which were a credit to the owner Erdal on my LinkedIn contact now. This hotel sets standards that are hard to comprehend given the fact you can spend more money elsewhere & not experience what we did in just few days. Only one minor point I would not allow personally any parents to dunk their children in the hot pools given their sensitivities/skin for so young. I witnessed few times where child cried out & very reluctant but parents were incessant. There should be minimum age for entry. People in Bursa are very different to Istanbul, more friendly, more unique & appreciate tourists more in my opinion I have nothing but brilliant memories in our stay at Marigold Hotel Spa Inshallah we will be back again as we would like to experience Bursa much more too

The location of the hotel is very good but the service of the reception staff is only fair. We asked the reception staff some questions on some sightseeing places and restaurants but were provided with not very accurate information.

Temizlik güzel, kahvaltı yeterli. Odalar orta halli, yatak hiç konforlu değil. Personel eksikliğinden ötürü galiba Banyo Duş gideri sürekli tıkanıyor, temizlik biraz fazla geç saatte yapılıyor, 1.katta sürekli bir yol sesi var.

Very modern, clean hotel with great amenities. Gym, pool, sauna and hot mineral pool were all amazing. Room was spacious, well decorated, super clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Location is across from many restaurants and a couple of big malls. No complaints. There was no loud music as noted in other reviews. Very satisfied with my stay!

What looks like a lovely hotel as you enter it is plagued by issues. My partner and I were given room 310, we walked in and we're greeted by the stench of smoke. Horrid the whole room stank of it. I called reception and the hotel is apparently fully booked and they couldn't move us the smell made me feel ill and gave my partner a headache. The shower was not cleaned, horrid water and limes ale stains were on it, which could and should have been removed had the room been properly cleaned. The throw for the bed had ugly large stains on it and the toilet seat was loose and crooked. Shocking room. There are a couple plus points however, the downstairs restaurant was pleasant and they even managed to cook up a veggie meal that wasn’t just plain pasta. The decor is also nice overall and had the place been cleaned and maintained properly it could be a lovely hotel to stay in. 4* hotel more like 2 star. I hesitate to think what I would see if I had brought a black light would not recommend even on the cheap.
