Room was clean and nice, not too far away from Download Festival the reason we stayed. Staff were super helpful when my car key battery was low and gave directions to where I could go to get this fixed

At reception, Michelle was very welcoming and efficient. She was also very helpful with checking my room which was perfectly clean and comfortable .. perfect for my short stay. Large carparking area is just over the well lit road, opposite the hotel.. location was very easy to get to on my way to Nottingham from the southwest a perfect stop before visiting Holme Pierrepoint tomorrow. Price is very reasonable. Table table restaurant for breakfast is next to the hotel.

The experience was utterly dreadful. The room wasn’t great, very tired. Under the bed needs cleaning! Bedside light not working as well as the tv was cracking. There were a lot trades people staying, so late at night and early in the morning was very noisy. No excuse just no respect for other people staying in the hotel. First night experience in the bar was enough just to get a drink. Bar staff one certain young lady needs to learn customer service. Breakfast was `ok’ If you are reading his from head office This place needs a bloody good clean!!! Great for trades not for us!

Very tired room,nowhere to put clothes or belongings on my side of the bed apart from the floor or a very tiny bedside table, no power plugs on my side of the bed, the tv had a lot of interference on most channels and a lot of noise being next to the entrance and exit door of it closing as people came and went.

Room and bathroom was a wonderful size, well laid out and set up. Alison the receptionist was cheerful and greeted with a warm reception.

Lovely stay here:) bed was comfy and room was very clean. We were checked in by Michelle who was absolutely lovely! So kind to us and helpful, some of the best service I’ve ever had:) thank you so much Michelle:) would stay here again, you can’t go wrong with good rooms and great staff:)

A credit to Premier inn chain We are at this hotel at the moment and we had a family room which was larger than we are normally used to. We have travelled from Germany and have really enjoyed our stay so far as the staff are very friendly and helpful in paticularlly the lady named Michelle at reception, she was really friendly and we were offered a complementary glass of prosecco which i find goes above and beyond what i am used to at Premier inn. Your staff are indeed an asset to your hotel.

Stayed a few Premier Inns over the years… and the service at this hotel is second to none. Warm and friendly welcome, clean and comfortable room with additional chocolates, which may I say was a nice surprise. Couldn’t ask for anything more, great stay.
