Positives and negatives about this place but positives far outweigh the minor negatives. This place is in a brilliant location in Seomyeon, close to shops, bars and restaurants etc, and it is very close to Seomyeon metro. For the excellent location and what you get, the price is very reasonable and definitely one of the cheaper places we found - it is a great value for money. The host and his lovely dog Choco are great, and they’re always on hand to help you. Breakfast consists of toast and jam, and a selection of cereals with free coffee and juice. The room itself on the third floor was a little small but great for what we needed. There are shower products provided, but the towels are a little small (but this seems to be a theme in South Korea!). There was some pretty bad smells coming from the bathroom so we kept the door closed at all times, and I think this may have been due to the mould in there, or potentially from behind the sink which was half off the wall. The shower takes about 2 minutes to warm up but it does get hot eventually. We were there for 6 nights and our room wasn’t cleaned once, but not a major issue. Laundry services are available but we didn’t use them as the cost was 8,000 WON. The walls are also pretty thin and you can hear sounds from other rooms, but as I am hearing impaired this didn’t affect me at all, but it did affect my partner so bring ear plugs. Overall, on the whole we enjoyed our stay at K Guesthouse Seomyeon and would happily stay there again as a budget friendly option in the best area of Busan.

Hotel ini sangat bersih, sama seperti gambar. Malah tandasnya bersih dan baru. Terdapat juga tab mandi yang bagus untuk berendam, yang membantu menghilangkan keletihan selepas berjalan sepanjang hari😍😍 Terdapat perhentian bas betul-betul di hadapan anda dan stesen kereta api bawah tanah terletak kira-kira 5 minit jauhnya. Terdapat makanan lazat berhampiran. Malangnya, satu-satunya kelemahan ialah tiada cara untuk menyimpan bagasi kami semasa kami mendaftar keluar, jadi kami terpaksa keluar dengan bagasi kami dahulu.Asalnya ada bas ke destinasi seterusnya, tetapi pemandu bas mengatakan bahawa bagasi besar tidak boleh naik, jadi kami Mereka semua mengambil teksi sebaliknya, dan jadual perjalanan hanya boleh diubah suai.

A hotel built in 2022, thus their amenities are all newer. However, the hotel is lacking service in some of their younger staff (particularly a bespectacled young guy with a very strong American accent when he converses in English) Here are my review: 1)Location: Good. Their nearest Choryang station is near Busan KTX train station and Metro station. By Metro, it's near to Nampo Dong and Jalagchi fish market, BIFF street Gurkie and other traditional markets. The hotel facing the main road is very accessible. There is the Pudarak brand KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) outlet nearby that is good for supper. 2) Housekeeping/Cleanliness: Depending on who you get for housekeeping, some of them do not make the bed 🛏️ properly. There's a difference in afternoon shift housekeeping and morning shift (before 12 pm). The 1st 3 days, when we went out by 9-10 am, the housekeeping staff didn't make the bed when we returned. The last 2 days, the afternoon shift housekeeping does a better job. We are not bothered by it, as long as they do basic cleaning and change towels. 3) Amenities: All toiletries and room air-conditioning working well and in good conditions. There are USB plugs for charging but mostly slow charge. Nice big bathtub 🛁 to relax and suffice space for 3 persons to stay.

Habe hier ein wenig länger ungeplant verbracht und bereits eine andere Bewertung geschrieben. Als Backpacker fand ich die Unterkunft toll endlich etwas Privatsphäre. Du hast dein eigenen kleinen raum Bett, Kûhlschrank, Regal,. Badezimmer ist gemeinsam aber Frauen Männer getrennt. Gibt eine gemeinschafts Küche die alles wichtige hat. Kostenloses Wasser!!! An einem Tag hat er mir sogar unerwartet Wassermelone gebracht ich war so happy.

The property itself is very good. Very high end property, new and clean. However I think the management is not good, after our arrival at busan still didn’t provide us the check in details, not even know which block we staying. We stayed for 6 nights but never got housekeeping. It says every 4 nights will have housekeeping.

My 80 yo father and I had a good stay at the Ramada. The proximity to Busan train station was a plus, as was the Starbucks and Dunkin Doughnuts on either side of the hotel entrance. The cost of the rooms is quite nominal which is evident in the cheap grade of cotton towels they provide. They do not have wash clothes or provide bathroom amenities, but they have a vending machine in lobby to purchase said items. They also have coin laundry, which we used with no problem. The room was clean with the exception of the blinds that close off the bathroom from the bedroom, it was dusty. The bathroom was tiny but satisfactory. The hotel has a great rooftop view with a pool. Chinatown is right across the street but we did not explore it due to the long hours of tours we were doing. Not a bad stay for the cost.

Very good location, right next to Busan KTX station, about 3 mins walk to metro station and main bus stop. Small room but it has everything you. Breakfast is good, many options. The staff are very friendly. The only downside is late check-in time 4pm. However you can leave your luggage there and come back after 4pm for check-in. The hotel has 3 elevator, but they are not synchronize (not programmed) as single system. End up everyone press at all 3 lift but only take one. End up the other 2 life also stop at that floor. Basically the lift almost stop at every floor, s nightmare for those staying at low floor. Long waiting time and always full.

The facilities are very clean and beautiful, it's easy to feel at ease in this hotel. The sauna was unfortunately closed but the bathrooms were spacious and convenient. The capsule was relatively large, the locker would be quite small if you have large luggage pieces. In the sleeping area, including the capsules, there's CCTV filming, which felt a bit strange. The location is unfortunately not great, it was okay for staying the night and moving on quickly the next day.

This will be my second stay. Open the curtain and go to the veranda ... From the front, you can see the sea and beach of Haeundae, the high-rise buildings along the coast 🏙️, and the bridge of Guangan-ri 🌉 in the back at once. I woke up every morning and was impressed that the sea was waiting for me like this, and I can see that I was healed by the beautiful seaside and the sea breeze😃🫶✨Thank you very much♪
