"Very near Busan KTX station. just right beside walking distance 3mins from exit 1. Room small but nice. Breakfast provided with bread, jam, rice, side dishes(seaweed, pickled radish, kimchi etc) and mains dishes(chicken, beef) and coffee. Amenities such as foam cleanser, pajamas, instant coffee can get at lobby, toothbrush need to buy from vending machine. Front desk during check in friendly explained hotel rules and services available During check out can keep luggage in the locker provided but maybe the staff a bit busy at that time I forget to put my another small luggage thus need request her to help me to input the password once again to activate the locker. But I saw other guests have their password on hand in a sticky note not sure why the difference of this. Overall enjoyed the stay here, but maybe can upgrade or improvise the lift usage seems the lift a bit heavy in use during breakfast time which might need wait a bit longer as at that time we only have 1 lift available."

"There’s not a single thing to criticize about the cleanliness. Full point! Everything was so clean, it felt like it had never been used before. While the location may not be ideal for touristic travel, transportation was super easy. In just a 5-minute walk, you can reach a street full of restaurants, entertainment, and shopping centers. Although I had a small issue with ID verification during check-in, the staff was extremely kind and quick to help. Even though I didn’t use it, having room service and a breakfast restaurant is fantastic. It’s almost impossible to find these facilities in places like this. Also, the room view was amazing. 💯"

"Free breakfast. It’s about an 8–10-minute walk from Jungang Subway Station. There’s also a bus stop in front of the hotel. The room is quite small but functional, and it has a Japanese-style toilet. The breakfast area is very crowded, so sometimes it’s hard to find a seat. They also provide free pajamas, but they’re too big and look like a dress. The hotel is far from Haeundae, where most tourist spots are located, but it’s near Busan Station if you’re traveling by KTX. There’s a GS25 nearby, but no other restaurants around since the area seems more like an office district than a tourist area. Overall, it's good for it's price and also we came to Busan during Chuseok Holiday dates so the price is ok than other hotels."

"nicely located, with a helpful receptionist, the rooms are pretty nice, hard beds though, but i guess it’s normal in korea! the breakfast was extremely limited, the cheapest noodles without any flavor, eggs to cook (on reeeeally old kitchenware) and toast. i mean, it’s still much better than nothing:)"

"A great location and very convenience if you are looking for food and shopping. In front of the hotel has the bus stop which makes it very convenient to wherever you plan to go. However, if you choose to rent a car like myself, the parking is at a different building which managed by 3rd party operator. However it is free. But the operator only open from 9am to 10pm. At such, you can leave before 9am, or you can’t come back to park after 10pm Overall, this hotel stay is very comfortable and convenient. It’s recommended"

"Pros: The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes from Haeundae Beach and the nearby commercial street. Although the room was small, it was well-equipped, and the breakfast was quite good. They also offer free luggage storage lockers. Cons: The service attitude was poor 👎. When I asked an extra question at the front desk, I even got an eye-roll 🙄. And it wasn't just one person; everyone seemed very impatient. The room was a bit small, and the double bed was also quite small. It would be fine for a solo traveler."

"The location is excellent. The metro and bus stops are nearby. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The room is a converted studio apartment. There's a stove and a washing machine, but they're not usable. The only plus is the large refrigerator. Slippers and toothbrushes are extra, and the floors in the room are quite cold. There's no place to hang a towel to dry after a shower. There's a market next to the hotel that opens in the evening. But most people there drink, so it's not a comfortable place to be near the hotel in the evening."

"Location was great- near the subway station, just beside BIFF square and opposite the seafood market. Other attractions like Busan tower/Yong Du San park, Busan museum of Contemporary History, and shopping street/Lotte department store just a short walk away which was nice. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Gamcheon cultural village was a 15mins taxi ride away. Room was well equipped and clean. We especially appreciated the in unit washer (no dryer). Check in was fuss free and easy. Also provides luggage storage to use on the day of our check out. We enjoyed our stay here!"

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, right in Nampo. For those of us who prioritize convenience for shopping and dining over beach activities, this spot was perfect. Getting around from the hotel is incredibly easy. Bus stops are just a 2-4 minute walk away, and the subway station is about a 5-minute stroll. It's very close to Busan Station, and a taxi to the airport is reasonably priced at around 15,000 KRW. The rooms are quite spacious by Korean standards, and the facilities are impressive. Our room even featured a bidet and a bathtub, plus a complimentary mini-bar. A nice touch was the hotel's coffee, which was surprisingly good. Breakfast was delivered to our door at 8:30 AM daily, typically consisting of cereal with milk or yogurt, scones, croissants, sandwiches, and boiled eggs. The taste was pretty decent. There's an incredibly delicious pork soup with rice (Dwaeji Gukbap) nearby – make sure to ask the front desk for directions! It's a small local eatery not found on major review apps like Dianping, popular exclusively with locals, and very affordable at 10,000 KRW per serving. At the intersection, there's also an excellent BBQ restaurant. We visited it twice; it was clearly a local favorite, as we didn't spot any tourists. A portion of meat is 10,000 KRW. The two of us girls ordered three portions the first time and four the second! The only drawback of the hotel was a slight lack of attentiveness in service. Firstly, the hotel provides two complimentary Americanos daily. For our three-night stay, that should have totaled six cups, but mysteriously, all six were marked as consumed even though we only drank four. Secondly, when we switched rooms mid-stay, a paper bag containing various personal items disappeared. This included my own facial tissues, cleansing wipes, and some damp personal items wrapped in tissue paper that were placed on top. Everything was gone. I simply can't understand why my neatly packed belongings would be just thrown out. Despite these few drawbacks, I would still highly recommend this hotel.

AAleks_GIn terms of value for money, the hotel is decent. The interior is pleasant and modern; it seems new, but it is no longer perfectly clean. In my room, for example, the toilet seat cover was taped with duct tape, there were splashes on the walls in some places, and stains on the ceiling. However, the rooms are cleaned well, towels are changed every day, and if you ask not to be disturbed, they leave everything you need in a basket outside your room. The hotel is very conveniently located for a short visit to Busan (up to 3-4 days), close to the train station and between the main attractions (it takes about the same amount of time to get to each direction). The trains were not audible in the room, and overall the hotel is quite quiet. I had a spacious room where I could open my suitcase normally, but there was still not enough storage space (at least more hangers for clothes are needed). There are also no cutlery in the room, which is a minus. There is a clothes styler - something like a steaming closet, which turned out to be convenient, as I didn't need an iron. The pool area is relaxing, you can take beautiful photos, and the water is warm. I didn't like the breakfasts. On weekdays, they are served à la carte, the selection is modest, and the coffee is not tasty. There are many coffee shops and cafes around the hotel, so it's better to go there. I was very surprised that upon check-in, they asked for a deposit of 100,000 won (or a card). In 10 years of active travel, I have never encountered this anywhere in hotels especially without notification.

GGuest UserBooked a room with ocean view, and the staff is kinda to give me the highest floor (31st floor). The view is breathtaking! Loving the sound of the sea at night and the cool ocean breeze in the day. You can open the door to the balcony to enjoy the ocean view fully. The room is clean, quiet, and spacious. I like that the hotel is environmentally-conscious, so there’s no disposable amenities like toothpaste, toothbrush, comb etc. it’s good to bring your own for your stay here. The room provides leather slippers and 3 bottles of drinking water. The table is long so there’s plenty of space for working. The location is fabulous. Downstairs there’s a coffee and a bar. There’s also an olive young shop and a 23-hour pork soup shop about 50m away. Haeundae beach is about 50 m away. It is about 150m from Haeundae station. This street has a lot of shops that open late at night, and several convenience stores.

I was told this on check in. But this was not on the booking details. You have to inform them before 1pm each day. - a semi wet bathroom - facing the main road, you can hear the vehicles (I was on the 7th floor) - toiletries are not provided and need to be purchased from vending machine (not a problem but should be listed on booking) - other than Nampo, and Jalgachi seafood market. There’s not much around, and it’s quite far from everything else in Busan. - I asked for an extra pillow 1 night, and the front desk said “house keeping has closed for the day”. Ok even if that’s the case, surely they can go into the store room themselves to get me an extra pillow. I wasn’t asking for them to clean or anything. - this weird vending machine looking thing was also on my counter and it didn’t even work. No clue what it’s for.

ぴぴぴぴぴぴすけIt said that check-in was possible until midnight, but when I went at 11pm, there was a sign at the entrance and a system to call. I had bought a Korean eSIM card without a phone number, so it was a problem. I think next time I'll get an eSIM card with a phone number for times like this. I asked a Korean friend to call me, and the front desk staff came right away and I was able to check in without any problems. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. The room was unique and I enjoyed staying there. There was no smell, the bed was clean, and the shower and toilet were clean and easy to use. I was also happy that there was free water in the refrigerator in the room. There are restaurants around so you can drink until late, and there is a convenience store nearby, so it is convenient, but it smells really bad of sewage and garbage. I'm sorry, but I feel sick if I don't walk while holding my mouth and nose. I was relieved that the hotel didn't smell. The price is cheap and the hotel itself is clean, so I would like to use it again.

CChristian ItalyThe guesthouse is on the 3rd and 4th floor accessible through an elevator. We self checked-in and never met anyone which was a bit sad. There were many messages around about rules and many surveillance devices. We could use the shared kitchen with microwave, hot water etc. The room was ok, spotless, smoking free (like the entire guesthouse) and had what we needed: heating, hot water, window. Location wise is conveniently close to many bus stops and metro too. Cons: Strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom which was unbearable. Small towels. Window not well insulated, at night it was cold. Thin walls, we could hear noisy guests from nearby rooms.
