TBH, this hotel is over our expectations. Firstly, the front desk staff provided free room upgrade since i guess not many guests booked hotel that day due to Typhoon. Secondly, there was no breakfast during weekdays which shown wrongly on trip.com so we complained to trip.com. And then the trip.com staff called hotel staff 4 times to confirm. The staff were not angry to us, instead, he was patiently explaining the reasons to us, and we understood it was mainly trip.com issue. Sasang is not a place for regular travellers to pick hotels, so Louis is already one of the best options if you need that location and a affordable price.

Kelebihan 1. Lokasi sangat baik Ia mengambil masa lebih kurang 10 minit ke kereta bawah tanah dari Stesen Busan. Prasarana makanan dan kemudahan yang baik di sekitar Pasar Malam Canton Nampodong Biff Square. 2. Saiz bilik yang baik dan kebersihan keseluruhan Bilik twin standard adalah bilik umum, tetapi keseluruhannya bersih dengan ukuran luas yang tidak menggelisahkan bagi dua orang. 3. Terdapat pembersih udara Ini sedikit lebih meyakinkan kerana terdapat pembersih udara di bandar hari ini. 4. Pandangan berpuas hati sebagaimana adanya Itu bukan ke arah jalan, tetapi ke arah Taman Yongdushan, tetapi saya melihat Menara Yongdushan di antara bangunan tempat letak kereta. Keburukan: 1. Penebat bunyi Terdapat sebuah bangunan di sebelahnya, sehingga boleh dipalu pada waktu pagi, muzik kelab pada waktu malam? Karaoke? Saya boleh mendengarnya. Saya dapat mendengarnya di bilik atas atau bilik sebelah. 2. Kertas tandas tambahan tandas kotor Ia melekat di bahagian bawah, berdebu atau berkulat, jadi saya meminta teknik semula, dan saya meletakkannya di lantai, dan saya melepaskannya dan meninggalkannya. 3. Lampu bilik gelap Ia peribadi, tetapi gelap dan agak tersumbat. Tidak selesa semasa membuat. 4. Ada meja tetapi tidak ada meja Gunakannya semasa menyeret meja untuk makan makanan sederhana.

We stayed 3 nights in November 22 and had a mixed experience with this hotel. The positives were the staff- everyone we met during our time was friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in early, and did their best to solve any issues we had. The hotel is also in a good location- close to shopping, restaurants and transport options connecting you to the rest of Busan and it's sights. The negatives- this hotel is likely more a Korean motel/love hotel than a traditional/standard hotel. When you search the hotel on Korean websites it gives rates for hourly/short stays which is a strong indication. There were also other small hints- a computer was included in our room, the bathroom had been remodeled to board up the glass wall that had originally divided the bathroom and bedroom, the hotel rooms all have doorbells and internal privacy doors. Our room was on the second floor- the only 'non-smoking' floor of the hotel, and yet our room was often filled with the smell of cigarette smoke and we found cigarette ash under furniture in the room. The staff were surprised to hear this, and did what they could to help, but the smell continued and our suspicions are that the smell wafts through the ventilation system from other floors. If you are sensitive to the smell of smoke (which we are) than I do not recommend you stay here. Our room was also well worn, there were scuff marks on the wall, power points and light switches didn't work, the TV remote wouldn't change channels, the controls for the toilet had fallen off the wall and were dusty. The beds were also quite firm, the shower loud and you could hear the toilet in the adjacent rooms flushing. As we were using the hotel more as a base to explore rather than looking for relaxation these points could be ignored (especially at the cost of the room) however overall we found that the hotel didn't meet expectations and due to the cigarette smell alone we wouldn't stay again.

出行前臨時選定的酒店，包車的導航直接開到了酒店樓下，前台的小姐姐超級貼心，幫忙準備了附近的地圖和地鐵線路圖等，讓我們一行人公共出行超方便的說～酒店前麪有一家看上去很不錯的酒吧，還有咖啡店，距離步行街不遠，走路可到，附近還有一家樂天百貨，離札嘎其市場也沒有很遠，那天晚上當我們從釜山塔筋疲力盡地走下來時，竟發現酒店就在山腳下，那種狂喜簡直難以言喻~實在是很棒的體驗！

Бронировала номер на 4-х, специально искала чтобы было 4 гостя. Тоже - в поисковике. Была сделана предоплата. Про заселении в отель с нас взяли дополнительно 30 тысяч вон. Сказали - доплата за двоих. ( хотя в условиях ничего про это не было, мы указывали что нас 4). Также при оплате было написано что включен завтрак на двоих человек. По факту нам сказали что по воскресеньям завтраков вообще нет. Кроме этого все остальное хорошо. Сам номер большой и красивый, с прекрасным видом, хорошая, удобная постель.

I picked this hotel at last minute after a Random trip to Busan and paid £30 for one night which I cant complain about. A few things to note for people looking to book this venue, 1 - The Cafe area appears to be all show and no tell. There is a very limited selection. For example, you can purchase a bottle of beer, but not a bottle of water? 2 - The Room - Perfect for an overnight stay, very comfortable beds and very spacious HOWEVER - The walls appears to be very thin. I could hear every conversation from each side and above/below. The people above me also appeared to be marching everywhere they walked in their room and this became a bit annoying. 3- The Bathroom - A very Basic bathroom which is in-fact a wet room, however in my room the drainage for the bathroom was on the other side to the shower, which meant the whole Bathroom floor was soaked, including around the toilet which just felt odd. 4- BRING YOUR OWN TOWEL - It's safe to say, the towels provided would only suit a hands/face wash. They are tiny 5 - The Location is Perfect for the beach and city strolls. Note - You cannot Swin in the sea at Haeundae Beach until June/July time. Behind the hotel is 'Blue Line Park' which is a seaside railway 4.8km in length which takes you to SongJeong Beach - Here you can swim all year round and it appears to be popular with Surfers! There is also a walkway which runs beside the railway line. 6 - Roof Top Bar - Self Explanatory. Lovely views day and night of Haundae Beach. Comfortable seating area. Quite Spacious. Overall, Not a bad place to stay for one or two nights. Any Longer and I think it would annoy me..

Our hotel room was nice and big enough for three people. The fitness center was great and had lots of machines. The location is about a 15 minute walk from Busan station and 10 minutes walk from a large Lotte Department store. Busan is a nice city to spend some relaxing time and if you can, go to the beach. The Haeundae beach is a 10-15 minutes taxi ride away from the hotel but the bus is convenient to use too. If you want to swim there is one small building for showering (500 won for one minute) and a bathroom for changing.

Hauptgrund der Buchung war die Rooftop Bar. Leider hatten wir die Bewertungen nicht alle gelesen, denn die Bar und die Dachterrasse sind nur am Wochenende geöffnet! Wir hatten Deluxe Zimmer mit Hafenblick und ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Lage des Hotels im alten Teil Busan, mit perfekter U-Bahn und Busanbindung. Als wir ankamen, gegen 15:30 Uhr, war das Balkon Zimmer leider nicht fertig. Man erklärte uns, dass wir dieses ab 17:30 Uhr beziehen könnten. Die Zimmer waren alle gefliest und sehr hell. Im Balkon Zimmer sind die Toilette, Dusche inkl. Badewanne und Waschbecken getrennt, was sehr komfortabel ist. Das Doppelbett sehr bequem und genügend Sitzgelegenheiten und Stauraum im Zimmer, sowie kleiner Kühlschrank, der täglich mit zwei Wasserflaschen aufgefüllt wird, vorhanden. Keine Einwegschlappen, sondern Plastikschlappen und Bademäntel, vorhanden. Der Ausblick vom Balkon Richtung Innenstadt sehr schön. Leider ist der Balkon nur mit zwei Sesseln und einem kleinen Tisch ausgestattet. Das Premium Zimmer mit Ausblick Richtung Hafen / Meer auch sehr großzügig, aber kleiner als das Balkon Zimmer - Ausstattung ähnlich. In der Umgebung viele Restaurants und Shops und Food-Market. Fahrt mit U-Bahn / Bus zum Hotel unproblematisch und direkt um die Ecke. Negativ war, dass die ”Karaoke-Bars-mit-Happy-End” direkt um die Ecke sind. Ziemlich offensichtlich. Das Personal spricht kaum Englisch und die Auskünfte waren teilweise leider falsch. Mit Papago hat es dann aber geklappt. Das Frühstück wollten wir am Vorabend an der Rezeption bezahlen. Dies sei nicht möglich erklärte man uns. Man müsse das Frühstück direkt vor Ort bezahlen. Am nächsten Tag im Frühstücksraum mussten wir dann das Frühstück unterbrechen, um im EG, bei der Rezeption, die entsprechenden Coupons zu kaufen/bezahlen. Das Frühstück für 7.000 WON eher Koreanisch, es gab Toastbrot mit Toaster und Erdbeermarmelade in kleinen Plastikbeutelchen, jedoch keine Butter etc. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisse aller Zimmer trotzdem super.
