I LOVED this hotel. It was so luxurious compared to the price. I wish all hotels were like this. The location is great: a lot of public transport, lots of night life, a market, restaurants and (underground) shopping within walking distance. It took about 25-30 minutes from Busan Station to the hotel. Japanese style toilet, shower (hand held & rain shower) had good water pressure and temperature. Bedside table with sockets right above it. Two chairs, a wardrobe (4 hangers), 2 shoe polish mitts, 2 small and 2 big towels. Convenience store right next to the reception. Washing room is 2000won for 2 hours, no matter what cycle (washing or drying), detergent is 500won. Gym is accessible with your room card. I didn't like that the airco blew right on the bed, but you could easily set the temperature a bit higher if it bothered you.

We came with very early flight and the online chat was super helpful that let us store luggage before checking in. The location is very near seomyeon station and also bus stop! From the gate to hotel it takes not more than 5 mins! There’s a convenient store just at ground floor which is super convenient! These days in Busan was super hot and we were so glad that we can get do laundry in our room but just need to prepare your own washing powder/liquid. Overall I’m glad we chose urbanstay for our very first Busan trip! Would recommend to friends definitely!

Overall valuable price and good accessibility. Nearby to my favourite Korean Pork BBQ, 83 Haechi Have a great experience in the hotel Korean style breakfast served is nice too

Location is in a nice area and has a decent amount of places around it. I was a bit confused because some of the elevator floor buttons don’t work and it’s hard to tell if it lights up or not. The room with twin beds had ample space and was clean for the most part, however one of the bed sheets was dirty and had what looked like old blood. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and think it was an off day/night for them, but I’ll leave that up to you if you decide to stay there.

The service at this hotel was really good compared to other hotels. They were able to find my guest information from my previous stays at Lotte hotel in Hanoi. The hotel was built many years ago and the rooms are dated. The spa and sauna are free which are good but the pool access is chargeable at 30,000 KRW which isn’t a very attractive price. The room was upgraded, which was nice, that said I can’t really tell the differences.

I enjoyed the duplex suite (I’m a sucker for city views). The shower was fabulous! The bedding was firmer than I’m accustomed to, but I did sleep well. I also really appreciated the fully-equipped fitness center. The Emart on the first floor was super convenient as well! However, the carpet throughout the hotel (my room included) needs replacing. It’s dirty beyond what a vacuum or shampoo cleaning can resolve, because it’s also very worn. For such a stellar hotel design, the carpet is a misfit. Also, I would recommend cleaning wipes for the fitness center. I made do with my own hand sanitizer, but that wasn’t my preference. All & all, I had a decent stay & would come back again.

Location: The hotel is very convenient, with easy access to taxis. It’s also close to Lotte and the railway station. CU and other convenience stores are just around the corner. Room: My room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Service: The staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities: The hotel features a WOW Pass machine at the lobby, which is extremely nice and convenient. Overall Experience: highly recommend 釜山商務酒店 (Busan Business Hotel)

Walking distance from Shinsegae (with Spa Land).l & train station. Went to Spa Land twice since we can stay till closing time and just walk back to the hotel. I have an elderly with me, it was max 10mins walking distance. Also, there are elevators (at the train stations - to Shinsegae and to the street level) - didnt have to climb any stairs at all. Reception staff was very friendly and prompt in providing new towels + water up to the room. Room was relatively clean, and washing machine works well. Only improvement to work on is the slight stench from the drainage in the shower stall and toilet stall.

Advantage - Good location. That's it. Drawbacks - Subpar breakfast. - Toilet lights automatically off after 10 to 15 minutes. You will have to walk out and double-click the switches. - No door for the toilet. So, there is no privacy if you were to use the bathroom in a shared room with friends. - It's impossible to adjust the water temperature to my liking. Water for showering was either too hot or cold. - Aircon off on its own. Prepare your own toiletries. Items like toothbrush and razor are chargeable. Bring your own disposable slippers as theirs are those reuseable rubbery types which I dare not use for hygiene reasons.
