Хорошая гостиница. Персонал вежливый. Вид с балкона на океан. Есть номера с джакузи на балконе. Рядом монорельс трамвайчики. Пляж в 15 минутах ходьбы. На крыше есть обзорная площадка. Далековато от метро хоть можно и добраться на автобусе.

This hotel has great value for money. You have to book an ocean view room; the view is stunning both during the day and at night. The rooms are nice and clean, the mattress comfortable, and the staff helpful. It is a few minutes away (uphill) from the beach and the bus stop but definitely manageable.

It was a great location and the price you can’t beat. Love how close it was to the beach. We did go recently so it wasn’t hot but still great. Bed is not soft but also not the hardest I’ve slept on before so wasn’t an issue for us as it didn’t break our backs. So if you want soft bed this is not a place for you also it’s not like we spent most of our time in the room we were out exploring. Staff is friendly and let us borrow outlet converter since we forgot ours. Bring a regular towel if not you’ll be using all the small towels they have for the shower. Other than that I recommend this if you’re on a budget and want to be close to the beach or in the middle of popular places to visit like Lotte Park/temple to cable cars/gamcheon village.

Nice apartment, good location, very close to the beach Haeundae, just 2 minutes walk, have convenient stores around, coffee shops, many restaurants on the front beach. In the room you have everything that you need, all linens are very clean, have towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Have washing machine. Microwave (was hard for me to use as everything in korean), very very big fridge, even have 3rd bed (if you are traveling 3 pax, perfect accommodation). Highly recommend. And of course, not face to face check in, very easy and convenient

Pros: • Stunning sea views, especially during sunrise • Convenient location near shops and eateries • Spacious room with Netflix • Warm flooring, perfect for winter • Early morning surfing views (as early as 6 am) Cons: • Hotel looks tired and needs renovation • Noisy surroundings, disturbing for light sleepers • Frequent, annoying announcements throughout the night • Poor housekeeping: room not cleaned during our 3-night stay (despite request on 2nd day) • Far from main town, requiring Uber rides to attractions The hotel's location by the sea is lovely, but the noise from the surrounding area and constant announcements were frustrating. While the room was spacious and comfortable, the lack of cleaning services was unacceptable. This is absolutely a budget friendly hotel with an astonishing sea view from 13th floor. Liked the way they recieved with a technical car parking. Pretty secured. However, the bad part is even if they are e authority of the hotel , they are not supposed to get access to

🏨 Fairfield by Marriott Busan 314 Haeundaehaebyeon-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan, South Korea, 48099 Stayed two nights in Fairfield by Marriott Busan to be close to Marina City for an event in mid October 2024. 📍Location: Fairfield by Marriott Busan is located in a less eventful part of Busan. Not the best pick if you want to be where the action is. I have stayed near the Busan train station and in Nampo previously and enjoyed those parts of Busan more. 🚕 Accessibility: it takes about 15 minutes' walk to the hotel (with luggage on uneven roads) from the drop off point at What The Burger which is where the Haeundae Intercity Bus alighted customers from Incheon Airport. The bus journey takes close to 5.5 hours with two rest stops and a stop at Nopo Terminal. Kakao Taxi fare from Fairfield by Marriott Hotel to Haeundae Intercity Bus Terminal costs about KRW5000-6000. 🛌🏽 Room: No complaints for the price point and what you see is what you get as befitting a Marriott property. There is construction opposite the hotel so paying for the city view on a high floor will avoid that if you are bothered by a construction view. The sea is not nearby so look for another option if that is important. 👣 Amenities: I did read another review about the paper thin room slippers and wisely packed a pair from home. 🍲 Food Options: I arrived at night and didn't find too many food options in the evening as everything seems to be closed early. There are convenience shops nearby and a Paris Baguette a few blocks away. Hotel breakfast is available at Bistro 314 on Level 2 of the hotel at a discounted rate of 16,500KRW for hotel guests if you book in advance. 🏋️ There is a fitness centre on Basement 1 next to the self service coin laundry. Rating: 3⭐ Stay here if you have business nearby and want to save time travelling but not as a tourist with limited time wanting to explore the best of what Busan has to offer.

The hotel is not bad nor very good. The lighting is a bit poor in the room, and only one light switch for the whole room. It’s very close to Haeundae, which is very good. Close to the subway station and the beach. There’re lots of restaurants and shops nearby, quite convenient.

Room size with amenities and location are excellent! Wasn’t please with the check in process(the female staff don’t seem friendly maybe because she is. It fluent in English),breakfast table arrangement(was always given the furthest possible table from the buffet area),my toilet amenities weren’t refill for the 3rd night stay. The breakfast spread is reasonable but every morning is EXACTLY the same! However, every morning, I requested for a taxi at the lobby, the staff whom assisted me always smile and got me a taxi fast. Lobby is comfortable and clean to wait for my guide or relax in.

Its a really big room with a really big bathroom. Clean and bright. The common area off the lobby is great as it's got a kitchen. Good location near the beach and bus stop. There's a GS25, supermarket and 24hr laundry nearby.
