Ulasan 2 Heaven Hotel Seomyeon

Biliknya besar dan ok. Ia dilengkapi dengan katil bersaiz King. Katilnya keras keras yang membuatkan badan anda sakit apabila bangun tidur, dan tidak selesa langsung. Jakuzi disediakan tetapi tidak berfungsi dan tab mandi bocor. Hotel tidak menyediakan tuala, sudah bertanya kepada kakitangan tetapi mereka mengatakan mereka hanya memberi tuala muka. Microwave yang terletak di tingkat bawah hotel. Tiada lif sambungan ke tempat letak kereta. Lif sangat berbahaya untuk kanak-kanak, dengan tangan bayi hampir tersangkut apabila dia cuba memasuki lif, tiba-tiba tutup.

Great location and the room was beautiful but a bit shabby. The mattress was really hard but the pillows were heavenly. I was initially told at check in that I was going to be charged a fee despite checking in not even half an hour after the alleged check in time, which I thought was weird. The hotel seems a bit understaffed. The towels provided were small in size and the only toiletries provided were hand soap and toilet paper.

The room smelled extremely bad, and it was dusty. They have an unusable bidet. The sewage odour creeped into the room and we were accused of not using the toilet properly when all instructions (at the register) were in Korean. The shower head was very rusty and even the bathroom sink moves. Receptionists were awfully rude and unhelpful. I will never recommend to stay here.

The hotel is close to a street where night life thrives, but that's the only good thing about it. There was a ton of black mould in my room, nothing ever dried in spite of having the windoe open all the way, all the time. When I turned on the AC some mould came out of it onto my bed, the overall experience was less than satisfactory.

Cool bathroom, I enjoy it very much. Also I used a refrigerator for my salad, that was useful. But bathroom has a pit in it, so all the floor was wet, also the whole room was wet too because of hot air from the bath. And they have modern Japanese toilet, but I didn’t use it because it shocked me…

They will ask you to pay 20000 won to stay in the room even when booking consecutive nights, otherwise u' re supposed to leave at 11:30am and come back at 7:30pm leaving your luggages outside without custody. You' ll end up paying double the price.

I stayed here just a few days before, and chose to stay here yet again after coming back from an excursion to Busan. The self check-in process is smooth even after the check-in counter is closed at late night. Perfect location if you arrive into Seoul train station at midnight, either from Korail or airport train. Even if all metros lines are closed. You can just walk to the guesthouse within 10 mins from Seoul station. During the day, there is a metro station at your doorsteps connecting to Seoul Station in 1 stop. The room is clean and warm. The owner is very friendly.

It's very dirty and smells bad. There is also a ridiculous practice that says you must check out at 11:00 and check in at 19:30. Fortunately, when I insisted, I stayed for 3 days without checking out. But it's a really stuffy and dirty hotel

Dirty room. Bad smell. Check in and out everyday during all period of time.

Good location near to Metro. Old facilities with no 24 hrs. reception. Frosted glass bathroom/toilet partitions are not acceptable to everyone.

It wasn’t as good as its picture. Smell was so bad like super disgusting.

It is aweful. The service is not good and the room is so dirty. I don't wanna go there again
