Hotel is 5 min walk from Seomyeon train station. ****** is within the hotel on level 3. Buffet breakfast is delicious. Many street food at night nearby hotel.

We had good stay at Lotte hotel Busan. Itssuper convenient as thr hotel is within the mall. There are lots of good food in the vicinity as well.

The service at this hotel was really good compared to other hotels. They were able to find my guest information from my previous stays at Lotte hotel in Hanoi. The hotel was built many years ago and the rooms are dated. The spa and sauna are free which are good but the pool access is chargeable at 30,000 KRW which isn’t a very attractive price. The room was upgraded, which was nice, that said I can’t really tell the differences.

The service of the hotel was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful. It is situated in a great location close to a busy nightlife area (not affecting sleep!) and within a convenient mall. The downside is the extra money to pay for using the pool which isn’t noted on trip.

Rooms are spacious. Breakfast was good, many varieties. Ice cream for breakfast was the best. Haha. Overall staff were polite and friendly. The only thing they need to improve is the smell of the corridor. It was like stuffy, mouldy kind of smell. Maybe they can spray some perfume.

One of the best hotel in Busan, lounge food and service is quite good and there’s dedicated checkin area at level 33. Cocktail selection is great and many hard liquor. View from the room is nice also. Room is big and clean, will definitely come back.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Staffs are friendly. Location is great. We love the sauna and the fitness room

hotel frond desk is very good, help me to open hotel members for next time check in and concierge is perfect service. I will come again 

If anyone wants to be based at Seomyeon, this is THE hotel for you. Simply love it - the location is awesome, being connected to Seomyeon subway station and Lotte mall. All sorts of food available at the mall basement too. Only challenge is somehow, if u take the underground route from subway to the mall, there is a formidable slope which you will need to roll your luggage up and down, or walk up and down everyday. No kidding. I wonder how deliverymen with their loaded trolleys to the shops along this stretch cope with it! I had a complimentary upgrade from Queen to King bed room, the view was fantastic and the size too. The bathtub’s length is just right for me (am on the taller side) and there’s also a big sauna and gym free for use. By “sauna”, it means really a Finnish sauna room and big hot and cold pools, like what Japanese would call “public baths”. The only thing that needs improvement is the sauna closes at 10pm nightly, so travellers may not be able to use it in time. I had a fall which needed antiseptic and huge plasters. The hotel readily provided these for me and let me keep the antiseptic throughout my five-day stay. And there’s a pillow selection too. Another room for improvement (and hence only four stars for ammenities) is the spotty housekeeping. When I arrived, I was told by Reception that I will be charged if I take any mini bar items or extra ammenity items like toothbrush/ paste (oh yes, you need to bring your own). But when I got to the room, all of these items were not there. I had to quickly make clear to Reception of these in case I was charged for everything 🤣 my bed linen also had a small hole but they kept reusing this for my stay. They also missed replacing the free tea bags and vanity kits even after I used them. One time they kept the fridge door open too so when I got back to the room, my drinks were no longer cold…

Second time staying here and service and rooms did not disappoint. A little dated but clean and good location.

The room is clean and I love the drip coffee provided in the room. The buffet breakfast has wide choice of food and the food tasted delicious. 👍 Location is very convenient, next to subway station

A very interesting hotel. The gym, pool etc. are beautiful and definitely 5 star. The rooms, however, were dated and a bit rundown, definitely not 5 star standard. We booked through trip.com and on the terms and conditions it stated extra charges applicable for the spa, but did not show any extra cost for the pool. When we arrived at the hotel we were told our room did not include pool access. We discussed this with the manager and they kindly agreed to give us pool access as Trip.com did not make it clear an extra charge was applicable for the pool. The rooms we booked were expensive and to not include pool access, regardless of terms and conditions was ridiculous. We have never experienced this in other 5 star hotels. If I had known all of this beforehand, I would have booked a different hotel. Even so, it was an enjoyable stay and we did very much appreciate the pool access.
