When checking in, the owner snapped at me when j said I had two people staying that meat including which was correct. Instead of clarifying in a professional, she said no no no no no like an uneducated person. From the start I already hated the place. The room never got cool, they had obviously blocked the air conditioner remote so that it could not get cooler even though it was the hottest if has ever been of the summer. They also put a shower faucet that sprays a mist to cut down on the use of water. It also never hot hot this morning when I showered. Here is my biggest complaint despite the cleaning people cleaning so well was the price and the fact that We could not checkin like most places at 3:00.
We had to wait until 7 pm before checking in and check out was before 10am. This hotel owner clearly has more interest in making money rather than the comfort of guests. They probably love tourists because they don’t usually have to see them again.
My advice, find a hotel away from the airport. It’s a money trap and there is no urgency to make guests happy .
