Great location, warming and helpful staff. We had called a satisfying chicken delivery with the help from the front desk. The room space is not quite large but enough for two people and their luggage. The hotel’s breakfast is good and varied in the items during the two days we stayed.

Pretty clean. Staff at the reception are nice. It will be better if early check-in is without charge. The location is quite good as it is near to the Biff Plaza and the seafood market.

The water pressure is very low and we have to suffered for two nights before getting it fixed. Other than that the location is fantastic as it’s near Nampo staton

This hotel room is big and less crowded place.  It’s nearby the MRT and the downtown to walk around and eat.  Would recommend friends to stay here next time.

Close to Jagalchi and BIFF. Only cons is only heater provided during winter, room still feel a bit hot.

Hotel distance to Jagalchi market was very good. Good location for food places and near to the train station/subway. Service wise could be improved. Laundry service very limited especially the restricted timing which is a real hassle to keep to. Shld at least extend it to 11pm or 12am so that there is more time to wash clothes. Hotel shld provide at least a heated drying rack for fast drying or a dryer for the very least.

The hotel has an excellent location and the check-in process was very quick. The only downside was the view from the window, which faced a neighboring wall. Overall, the stay was comfortable and pleasant.

This place absolutely meet my expectations! All was really good! Breakfast also was good even for my European taste. I would Recommend.

Very impressive, the hotel surprised me with a big room at an affordable price, suitable for family trip, also it has fantastic amenities at this price level, including kitchen, clothe cleaner, and a great ocean views. It has now become one of my pocket list hotel in Busan

The location is very good. Easily go to the Jagalchi Market and BIFF square. Will stay again if i visit to the Busan .
