Haeundae Santafe Reviews

Clean room, good location just a few blocks from Haeundae Beach. The floor was heated, which was great, but I couldn’t figure out how to turn it off so we slept with the Air Conditioner on all night. The window covers were complete blackout which was amazing for helping my toddler go to sleep during nap time. The bed was pretty stiff, and the water pressure was quite lacking, also couldn’t figure out the jacuzzi bathtub, which didn’t properly seal so we couldn’t fill it anyway.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in South Korea. The room was so dirty and smell was terrible. Even the customer service was bad. I asked if there is laundry service from the front desk man and he said which is in 9th floor /rooftop floor/. But, when i reached on top floor the washing machine was very old and dusty looked not able to work. Whole building has stinky and full of cigarettes smell.

Really the worst!! Two cockroaches a day.. The air conditioner is not large, but only in front of the air conditioner It's cool The facility is old and has yellow pillow covers. They're even unfriendly.. I absolutely do not recommend it!!!!😡😡

We really liked the room, everything was perfect, comfortable and cozy.

I do not recommend choosing this hotel.
