5 stars hotel with 5 stars amenities such as Dyson hairdryer and diptyque toiletries. Nespresso machine and 4 different types of tea available each day. You can borrow a HDMI-iPhone cable to mirror to TV for YouTube/Netflix. Family room was queen and single beds. Daily snacks such as macaroons, chocolates or fruits. Concierge and check in/out service was polite and prompt. Short cut from hotel to LCT mall (towards Haeundae beach) was very handy. The mall has few shops opened such as a bakery, 7-11, and cafes. 🏨 Fairfield by Marriott Busan 314 Haeundaehaebyeon-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan, South Korea, 48099 Stayed two nights in Fairfield by Marriott Busan to be close to Marina City for an event in mid October 2024. 📍Location: Fairfield by Marriott Busan is located in a less eventful part of Busan. Not the best pick if you want to be where the action is. I have stayed near the Busan train station and in Nampo previously and enjoyed those parts of Busan more. 🚕 Accessibility: it takes about 15 minutes' walk to the hotel (with luggage on uneven roads) from the drop off point at What The Burger which is where the Haeundae Intercity Bus alighted customers from Incheon Airport. The bus journey takes close to 5.5 hours with two rest stops and a stop at Nopo Terminal. Kakao Taxi fare from Fairfield by Marriott Hotel to Haeundae Intercity Bus Terminal costs about KRW5000-6000. 🛌🏽 Room: No complaints for the price point and what you see is what you get as befitting a Marriott property. There is construction opposite the hotel so paying for the city view on a high floor will avoid that if you are bothered by a construction view. The sea is not nearby so look for another option if that is important. 👣 Amenities: I did read another review about the paper thin room slippers and wisely packed a pair from home. 🍲 Food Options: I arrived at night and didn't find too many food options in the evening as everything seems to be closed early. There are convenience shops nearby and a Paris Baguette a few blocks away. Hotel breakfast is available at Bistro 314 on Level 2 of the hotel at a discounted rate of 16,500KRW for hotel guests if you book in advance. 🏋️ There is a fitness centre on Basement 1 next to the self service coin laundry. Rating: 3⭐ Stay here if you have business nearby and want to save time travelling but not as a tourist with limited time wanting to explore the best of what Busan has to offer.

We loved our stay at Paradise Hotel. Our room had a beautiful ocean view and balcony. It was clean and had toiletries, robes, slippers, coffee, tea, and a mini fridge bar. The temperature was easy to control and adjust to our liking. The outdoor spa, also with an ocean view, was free with our room and the pools with water from local hot springs were clean, relaxing, and beautiful. The breakfast buffet, though pricey, was the best we’ve ever had with both western and eastern cuisines (and again, that beautiful view of the beach!). The staff was very professional, welcoming, and kind.

Thanks to Mr Dong-Yeop Lee the Duty Manager of Grand Josun Busan and his team Mr JinHun and Mr Seyoung for recovering my daughter favourite bed soft toy which was accidentally thrown together with the shower robes and sent to the laundry contractor for wash. Without way above their best efforts to go down to the laundry plant located a distance away from the hotel in the wee hours of the following day to check through every robe, I believe our trip to Busan as well as Seoul will not be a memorable trip. Your service is unparalleled and your effort to console and reassure the guest aftermath the promise of recovering the lost item is indeed well commendable! Excellent and top class service to recommend all to visit this hotel whom staffs are pleasant, friendly and helpful to the hotel guests. KEEP IT UP and thank you so much for turning around our mental debacle.

We definitely enjoyed the location, size of room & great view of Haeundae Beach. Location is really good as it is walking distance to Haeundae subway, beach, traditional market, Busan X Sky and sea capsule station. Check-in was a breeze and staff is generally helpful. What we didn't like was the inconsistency of housekeeping (one of the day, some of our trash was not thrown out and the beds were left unmade). Also, the facilities is a bit old - the shower head in our bathroom leaked and should have been replaced.

The hotel is not bad nor very good. The lighting is a bit poor in the room, and only one light switch for the whole room. It’s very close to Haeundae, which is very good. Close to the subway station and the beach. There’re lots of restaurants and shops nearby, quite convenient.

amazing view, clean, new room, but there was only 1 big towels for 2 adults. that’s too strange. reception asked to pay for another one. crazy. the first hotel where we have faced such problem. thats not the service. moreover they don’t clean room every day. breakfast was average. nothing special.

It’s a self-check in and out type apartment, so it’s not like a hotel. There’s no room services like cleaning etc. The owner will give you password and your room number several hours before you check in. The location would be the best characteristic of this apartment, there’s a lot of food, drinks, dessert, convenience store downstairs. Also OliveYoung and Daiso, there’s a big Emart not far from here. Also, it’s close to the beach and metro station. If you come to Busan using KTX, it takes about 1 hour to take metro from Busan station to the hotel station. However the room is not as same as the pictures showed, when I first walked in I thought I get into wrong room, my room is more like half ocean view type room. although it’s ocean view, it’s not completely ocean, there are buildings cover the ocean. It has a lot of towels and enough cooking equipment. Bad thing is it doesn’t have soap or hand washing liquid. Others are fine. And you need to clean the trash and divide food waste and other waste and put it in 1st floor trash can by yourself. Overall it’s a good experience, a nice apartment to live in.

Overall the hotel is very new, the room is spacious, the smart TV is easy to use, quite popular among both international and local guests. The convenience store inside the hotel 1st floor is great especially during winter time, we don't need to go out of the building at all. Also you can refill your water bottles at the dispenser located on every floor. We arrived earlier than the check in time, there are self serviced lockers for storing baggages. And then the hotel staff invited us to check in 1 hour earlier. The desks on the 3rd floor has a good view of the beach and like a modern co working space. However, there is no cotton pads / hair brush provided, which is a bit inconvenient.

Good location, right next to Haeundae metro/subway station. About a 2-3 minute walk if you come out from the right exit. Functional hotel. Room décor is a little dated but of a decent size. Air conditioning is a little wonky, kicks in and out throughout the night depending on prevailing room temperature. Can be a little noisy if you're facing the main road and you open the windows for the cool air. Stay here for the convenience and being in the middle of the action. Surrounded by eateries and with walking distance to the famed Haeundae beach. Good for a walk along the entire stretch of the beach. Not too far from the Haeundae Blue Line Park which offers tram/train rides or a scenic walk along the coast. One of the highlights of Busan
