Hotel Bussum dengan Sarapan

Large parking lot with free parking; directly next to the train station. My room was spacious with 2 single beds. I only used one; presumably it's possible to put the beds together to get a king-/queen size. There's a Nespresso machine in the room - I sure do appreciate coffee in the morning. An electric kettle is available on request. Unfortunately the hallways have a strong smell of old cigar smoke. And there's no elevator. My room was at the backside of the hotel with a view of the cemetery next to the hotel. To me it meant a quiet night without the noise of cars or trains. Maybe less quiet if you're a clairvoyant. The personnel is friendly but seemed inexperienced. They sure did their best, but one doesn't serve a milk coffee if you asked for a Latte Macchiato. There's also a rather limited choice of snacks and drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) so we ended up taking a trip to the nearby town for food. Breakfast was OK - not great. Again, limited choice. Altogether a reasonable hotel if you appreciate a spacious and relatively modern room for one night. But find a restaurant in town if you want a decent meal.

Het personeel is enorm vriendelijk. Wij kwamen op oudejaarsavond om 19.50 aan en wilden nog eten, wat eigenlijk tot 20 uur kon. Na een belletje door de receptioniste naar de keuken waren we welkom. Bij het restaurant werden we zo vriendelijk ontvangen, ondanks het feit dat we wel klaar waren met werken. Was een goed begin van ons verblijf. We komen zeker terug!!
