チェックインが１２時近くになりましたが問題なく、とても対応が良かったです。お部屋はおしゃれで可愛いライトがあり、タオルもたくさんあり、紅茶もお水も用意されていました。バスタブとシャワーが別々になっていてゆっくり広々できました。朝食が何よりも素晴らしかったです。朝ごはんを食べる際に自分の好きなものを選択することができ、また種類も豊富でとても美味しかったです。ローテンブルクにまたくることがあったら必ずここにまた泊まります。

We were delighted with our two night stay here! We booked an “extra large” room and it was huge! The bed was extremely comfortable and the space was quiet. The shower was large and wonderful. The enormous bathtub was a treat as well. There’s a furnished patio area in front of the building where we were able to relax with a glass of wine after a day of visiting Wurzburg and exploring Rothenburg. We appreciated the included parking and easy access from the highway. In my view, Alter Ego combines the advantages of an Airbnb (independence and kitchen facilities) with those of a high calibre hotel (staff available - at Villa Mittermeier next door - to assist and/or answer questions). Each of the three staff people with who we had some interaction were polite, kind, and helpful. We didn’t realize it till we were on the verge of departure but there are laundry facilities available at Alter Ego. In short, if we were ever going to visit Rothenburg again this would absolutely be our first choice for accommodation.

O hotel fica bem em frente à estação de trem da cidade, o que é ótimo. Não deixaram fazermos o check-in antecipado, mas permitiram que deixássemos nossas coisas no hotel para caminhar na cidade. A entrada da cidade antiga fica a 500m do hotel, uma curta caminhada. O café da manhã não estava incluso na diária, mas acabamos pagando o adicional. O café possuía diversos tipos de chás, café, capuccino, pães, queijos, salame, salsicha, ovo, tomate, entre outros. A cama era confortável. Como em todos os hotéis que ficamos na Alemanha, a cama de casal possuía uma divisória no meio e dois edredons. A ducha era boa. Apesar de não falarmos alemão, não tivemos problemas de comunicação.

Our stay was beyond what we could have asked for, and I speak on behalf of a family of four. The room was exquisite (clean and cozy with plenty of space), the building was a slice of history that made us feel like we were stepping back into time without giving up any modern amenities. The breakfast was also beyond delicious. Most importantly, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and were taken care of at all times—even a bit spoiled. Because of Hotel herrnschlosschen, Rothenburg, our first German experience will always feel like a little dream getaway for our family. We can’t wait to go back and stay at this wonderful hotel again!

かわいいホテルでした。コンパクトな部屋ですがとても親切なスタッフの方でした。朝ごはんも美味しかったです。日本語地図も下さったし、チェックアウト後荷物を預かって下さいました！おすすめホテルです。
