Hotel berhampiran Habitat Retail & Lifestyle Precinct, Byron Bay, New South Wales

Our arrival at Byron Springs really earned a ”Wow” as everything exceeded our expectations. We loved the minimal design of both the bedroom, the large shared lounge and kitchen area, and the pool. Everywhere was absolutely clean and well maintained. The pool looked very inviting but, unfortunately, a sudden storm prevented our trying it during our all-too-short stay. We found the breakfast provided in the room, including Byron granola and fruit, to be tasty and perfectly adequate, while the pineapples and wonderful brownies in the shared area were a real bonus. I thoroughly recommend this little gem, but be sure to book more than one night!

La ubicación es buena, esta pegado a la carretera y cerca del centro. Habíamos cogido un alojamiento de una habitación con cama grande y una litera para tres que íbamos y nuestra sorpresa fue que nos dieron una mucho mejor y más grande con dos habitaciones , una con cama de matrimonio y la otra con cuatro literas, sala , baño, aseo por el mismo precio. Yo creo que fue porque no teníamos wifi por las inundaciones que había habido, pero todo un detalle por su parte. Las instalaciones muy bien. Hay pistas para jugar a tenis y ellos te proporcionan el material. Hay zonas comunes donde puedes hacer una comida con muchas personas equipada con frigoríficos, mesas y bancos , fregaderas e incluso tostadora y hervidor de agua, además de máquina de bebidas. Tiene un parque precioso para los niños y una piscina con buenas hamacas. En la zona donde se encuentran las lavadoras y secadoras han puesto un tenderete grande para colgar la ropa, ya que está prohibido que se cuelgue en los tenderetes plegables que hay en cada alojamiento. El personal muy amable y servicial. La impresión general muy buena, de hecho volveríamos seguro si viviéramos aquí, pero en todo caso lo recomendamos.

A excellent stay and found Damien, Joanna and Luke (plus the rest of the team) to be super helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, comfortable and a good size with adequate storage, plus the room comes with balcony which is super useful to help dry off clothes after a swim etc. The hostel as a whole sounds like it has a really promising future and wonderful staff to help develop it in the next stages. Plugs and reading lights in the bunks wouldn’t go amiss but I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s already in the works for the future development. That said there were plenty of plug dotted about the room that you could charge a portable charger easily. If you’re working as you’re travelling, the hostel has a good area that people can work from too. All in all, an excellent stay. If (when) I’m back in Byron I’ll definitely be looking to stay here again.

Good location, close walk to Tallows Creek and Tallows Beach, nice cabins and friendly staff. But the reason I only gave 3/5 stars is because of the cleanliness of the cabin we stayed in. I could see smudged finger marks on the wall above the kitchen sink, the fridge didn't look like it had been cleaned out, there was broken glass from a bottle on the inside of the front door as you walk in (I almost stepped on it), and there was layers of black mould in the air-conditioning which was situated right above the bed. I spoke with staff about this before we left (by the time we noticed the hygiene issues reception had closed so we had to wait until morning), which I have to say they handled remarkably. They were very apologetic for our experience and they gave us a full refund of our 1 night stay which we were very appreciative of. They thanked us for letting them know and said they will be speaking with their cleaners to get on top of this. I am really hoping that they do.. This is my second stay with Ingenia Holidays in Byron Bay and the first time (back in 2020), the cleanliness wasn't the greatest then either, so something needs to change. Black mould in the cabins anywhere let alone in an air conditioner that blows around the room is a serious health hazard for guests. I'm asthmatic so I was extremely worried to be sleeping in a room with mould. It was disappointing that this happened because Ingenia Holidays is an awesome park, I just hope they stick to their word about getting on top of the cleanliness so no one staying there becomes sick, and so someday maybe we can give them another chance to change our review.

This accommodation may not be the most chic or modern place in Byron, but if you are looking for a central location at a reasonable price, it's definitely worth a look. The biggest drawcard is probably the spacious apartments in a convenient but quiet location in the Byron town centre, with underground parking to avoid the street parking fees. It's only a few minutes walk to the main shopping area, and slightly further to the Main Beach. If you're on a budget the in-room cooking facilities are also a plus. Given its location, the rooms don't have views. The pool area is a bit basic and there are some aspects of the complex that are a bit dated; and the carpark can be tight for manoeuvring. One issue in my room was a skylight above the loft bedroom. It had a blind to stop the morning sun waking you up, but this was awkward to access and it looked like a tool to assist with this was broken, meaning you had to lean out some distance over the drop to the ground floor which was not entirely safe. Hopefully this can be rectified with a safer option. However I had no issues with the overall facilities, cleanliness and so forth. The price at the time of my stay was definitely competitive compared to some of the more fancy accommodation, and the size of the room was definitely much better than many similarly priced motels nearby.

Having not been to Byron since 2006, I came for a night with a friend. We didn't want to be spending in to the 100s for a room we would only sleep in. We opted for the Cape Byron YHA. For $70, we got a twin room with a double and a bunk. The room was pretty bare, no TV - But it had a clothes hang/store area / mirror / enough plugs for the 2 of us. The bed was comfy and the covers were clean and warm (you have to ***** the bed upon check out). There were 3 or 4 showers in the block on our floor, same for toilets - you needed the swipe card to get in - again clean, warm. The kitchen area was large - this grossed me out a little - but it's been a long time since I backpacked Oz and needed to cook for myself in such. The pans were old and pretty grubby. You had to get your plates etc from reception - but we had ours with us. The tea towels were rank - I wouldn't use. The worst however was a bloke in the kitchen coughing all over the place - not the hostels fault, but nasty nonetheless. Needless to say, we didn't go sit and eat by him - we ate on our balcony which had a table and 2 chairs. During COVID-times and no flights coming in to Oz, this hostel serviced a range of ages - I am 40 and there were people older than me there. I found the hostel more like a motel. Good location and good wifi.

估計在攜程訂行程到拜倫灣的國人鳳毛麟角，點評都是英文內容翻譯搗騰過來的，參考意義不大。這裏寫兩下，供萬一真有還知道這個地方要去旅遊的人蔘考參考。 首先，拜倫灣很少亞洲人，對於衹是想到某個地點打個卡到此一遊拍個照發朋友圈的人來説，這裏挺無聊的，建議去峇里島布吉好些。地方簡陋不高端，住宿的酒店… 整個澳洲都差不多這德行 - 硬件老舊寒磣，全季級別的裝修都很不錯了，起碼得算四星… 景點也沒幾個，怕曬的亞洲人可以繞道。 這家酒店老舊，也沒有每天打掃衞生一説，“公寓式”酒店嘛，意思就是你住公寓，期間衞生清潔倒垃圾自負了。裏面倒是乾淨整潔的，不過實在是太老。配的餐具杯子盤子都是大大小小東拼西湊的，反正講究一個實用，其他無所謂。地點位置倒是非常方便，距離main beach很近，距離中心鬧市也近（但通常這些地方都是閑雜人等眾多、相對比較cheap的地方）。 不過main beach那裡有一家餐廳，每天下午的happy hour，三十多澳元，兩杯葡萄酒+一大盤新鮮海蝦，大衹而鮮美，算是比較划算的。你説明天再來，老闆還不見得高興… 酒店附近走出來，main beach外最熱鬧的街道上，在好幾家餐廳happy hour喝白葡萄酒吃生蠔，發現生蠔價格差別巨大，有差一倍的，不探索比較，還真不知道。 回説這家酒店，整體目標受眾應該是backpackers吧，在這個羣體的視角看也許是很滿意的。所以，和自己消費能力相匹配覺得性價比高的酒店就是好酒店了。我們酒店訂的晚，價格合適的沒房、有房的貴到難以接受，衹有這一家，所以選擇了它。 也是一種緣分。

Cabin were small for the price $150 night, beds were good, air-con worked well. Good size 📺 TV. Very quiet park in terms of no noises guests during my stay,so quiet, found it strange no children here, no playground! Small pool but nice. What bother me with the cabin, was right next to toilet and shower block, so the outside lights are on the whole night and shined through the side window. For a week stayed, you would think they put me in another cabin. Didn't mention it as couldn't be bother to move after day 1. I found this park good location, short walk to shops, through the side lane of the bus port. The staff were nice and helpful if you needed anything! I found the park quiet boring and Byron wasn't the place for me, not sure what the fuss is about Byron! Beach were average and cafe very tactic looking, Woolworths centre was nice to visit. Some nice looking clothes shop! Been all around Australia, Byron would have to be my least favorite place and that's a week I won't get back 😕
