Byron Quarter Apartments

A perfect location for our 3 night stay in Byron Bay. Room was exactly what we needed. Location was 100%. Right in the middle of Byron. Apartment was roomy and had a great selection of utensiles. Bed was excellent and comfortable. Carpark provided was secure and easy to negotiate. The only thing to say against it was there was no lift and we had two floors of stairs to negotiate from the carpark.

The nearby construction is finished so these apartments are extremely good value for the location. Our 1 bedroom superior apartment on the top floor (2nd level) had a large balcony that received morning sun and faced onto a small car park. Palm trees partially surround the balcony without blocking the view. Everything about it was perfect. Plenty of room for 2, a comfy king bed, a large bathroom with washer/dryer and all the appliances you need. The on-site manager is very friendly and helpful. Parking below is convenient as it seems all street parking is metered. We will not hesitate to stay here again.

Nice enough apartment for the price and plenty of space. The underground carpark was really useful. However our stay was ruined by the extraordinary construction noise nearby. This went on all day unremittingly and I'm sure other residents must have felt the same.

As a family, the apartments were perfect. They have two bedrooms and one bathroom and are very spacious and roomy. There is a huge kitchen with all the amenities such as a microwave, a big fridge, a kettle, a toaster, and a dishwasher. There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom, and a line on the balcony for drying. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms unexpectedly quiet at night, given the close proximity to the action of Byron Bay. The modern beachy decor was nicely presented and really suited the location. The only downsides were that there was no room service available, which meant we didn't get fresh towels or more toilet paper the whole time, and as a family staying for 5 nights, it did impact us. Although there is an Aldi close so we could buy items such as toilet paper and laundry powder, but it would be nice to provide these these to guests. Also, the couch is old and sagging, and although it looks great, it could do with replacing. There is a plunge pool that is oddly located inside a Mexican restaurant, which you have to walk through to get access. Different having diners looking at us while swimming. We really enjoyed staying at these apartments. The location is amazing and so close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it, especially for families.

Centrally located yet very quiet, fully-equipped apartment. Pool was disappointing, but as the weather wasn't great during our stay we didn't fancy using it anyway. Recommend this accommodation as it was very good quality and everything was within walking distance. There was also a fantastic balcony.

Great location, lovely apartment. Would definitely stay again. Our apartment was clean and very comfortable. Bedrooms were particularly nice. Located within walking distance to everything with safe secure parking.

My extended family recently found ourselves stuck in Byron during the Qld/NSW floods. The management of this perfectly located property made our unplanned stay so easy. Nothing was too hard and despite dealing with a few unexpected challenges themselves they were professional and courteous beyond belief. Both our units were clean, extremely comfortable with all we could’ve needed including much appreciated laundries. I’d recommend Byron Quarter to anyone visiting beautiful Byron.
