Me and my husband usually visit Seda when we have extra money to spend. Dati sa lux eh before we stumbled upon seda and since then we always booked the latter kasi we prefer this one. The rooms are spacious and clean. Very convenient ang location kasi pagbaba mo dikit na agad ang ayala centrio. Breakfast buffet is great too.

The room is not quite big but is it ok for a single business traveler like me. It is right beside SM Cagayan de Oro down town and you can walk going to mall. Theu just dony have free water but it is ok.

Location: 10/10 if you want a place that's close to almost everything. Price: 10/10 Staff/service: 10/10 Cleanliness: 5/10 The moment I saw the building, I knew that it is old and probably would smell old. I was right. Although the staff was helpful and I did not see any trash in the room... There were flying insects and mosquitoes. Apart from that, the restroom could use some more cleaning. I took the Superior room thinking it would be better than the others but I guess, the bed is the only thing that's different. It is indeed a budget inn. Also, bring something to cover the pillow/sheets as there are visible stains on them. Overall, if I knew, I would have chosen the more expensive options. Also, if you are working and will use the internet, make sure you have a backup as the internet is only good for social media.

The place is family friendly. The atmosphere is really cozy. Its cold at night so you guys should bring a jacket ✌️The view from above is breath taking. They have 4 types of pools with an infinity view of the city of cagayan. They have a play area in the poll for the kids. My kiddos like it the most. It was a fun experience. The room is big and it has a balcony. Thank you.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel has always provided clean, comfortable rooms with the staff friendly and helpful at all times. Food is great at banquets/meetings, although breakfast is very limited. Internet is reliable. The location is also superb! No need to worry to get your gastronmy fix even at late night with a convenient store just outside the hotel door.

PPengguna TetamuOur biggest concern was our safety and the Hotel is really a secure location with gated entrance. Really enjoyed the pool and the service form the restaurant while at the pool. Restaurant provided a daily breakfast buffet that was very good. Was able to take all our meals at tables by the pool which was great. Room was most comfortable with balcony overlooking the pool. Hospitality was over the top from housekeeping to front desk to restaurant. The Hotel is small enough for the staff to get to know you. We stayed 6 nights. Front desk staff made all our arrangements for taxi and trip to airport. Total is located outside of downtown Ca***an with reasonable acres to downtown by taxi. Recommend using the Grab app for taxi when at different location. Will stay here again.

CClenton AllisonStaff was great they arrange wash my clothes for 200 fpf and repair hole in my pants. Toilet had toilet seat I wash my body on that seat. They have cold to hot water shower wand with 4 settings for temp. Room small but great for the price. Aircon was cold if you wanted that. TV and power switch. The street noise is loud but I sleeped ok. No elevator just stairs. Del Monte pineapple factory across the street but was quiet to me. Jollibee is 10 fpf jeepee and Chow King is before Jollibee under overpass that street to mall. About hour and half drive time by taxi. But you can take busses to Davon and other places

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe location is very good. Less than 5 minutes walk from Gaisano Mall. Easy to check in. Room is okay that is enough for 2-3 days sleep. Price is good. They have towel,soap and shampoo. Also have TV and fridge. You can ask for a hairdryer if you want. They have water dispenser on the hallways which is very good! It would be nice if they have cups for coffee.

PPengguna TetamuYou need to call the owner of that unit and ask the room number and parking lot number incase you bring a Car before coming in because trip does not mention/include what room number you were staying and it’s beyond my expectations. when we arrived it’s almost 11pm due to delayed flights and the Guard doesn’t let us in because we don’t have the room number and owners name of the unit,I wasn’t expecting that because I thought there were front desk that accommodate us when we arrived there and only show our booking information and that’s all,but it’s totally different. And so, that’s the time we call the owner of the unit letting them know we are there lol but considering the time we checked in I think she’s nice and considerate, and again I thought it’s free parking because that’s what trip says haha but it’s not,because the owner ask charges for parking fees and so we paying it again, but what I like about this place is that they have kitchen utilities, so it’s really great if you plan of buying and cooking food for yourself/families upon staying there for couple of days and to add up,there are also extra beds and blankets too,and over all it’s a nice place.

PPengguna TetamuI paid for a double room but when I arrived I was told that the information on the website is not correct and that I needed to pay extra for it. I told the manager that I should get a double room as advertised on the website. She told me that I should call the red door owner and I said that the price for the double room should be honored as advertised. The manager reluctantly agreed to my request but in the end made it right.
