L'albergo è senz'altro il migliore della città e vanta anche un ottimo ristorante. Nella piazzetta vi anche una ottima pizzeria. Completa la colazione e il servizio nel complesso buono e in parte effettuato da ragazzi giovanissimi con tanta voglia di fare. Sicuramente nel ritornare a Cagliari ripeterei l'esperienza. The location is great for exploring Sardinia. The train station is very close as is the port. The trains are electric so there is no noise. A trolley/train tour is only a few blocks away as is the seaport. The community kitchen is a bonus and the terrace off it is perfect for a coffee and pastry in the morning sunshine--or an afternoon cocktail. The hotel room was spacious. Designed for business travellers with worktable and lighting, it worked well for us. Lovely bathroom. Hot water and good water pressure. Using the antiquated elevator was fun. We were given check-in instructions on WhatsApp and they worked as suggested except that we did not know which door was to our hallway when the elevator stopped. It is to the left but easily concluded when the key didn't work on the other door. There is a button to push when trying to leave the accommodations hallway and the front exit. We figured it out. There was no way to heat food in the community kitchen during our visit, but it appears the hotel is working on correcting that. We had our own shelf in the refrigerator and there were no issues with that. The beds were great; lighting was good; clean and comfortable. We liked the layout and concept of the hotel. Our only complaint was that there was no safe is in the room. We borrowed an extra chair from the kitchen as there was only one chair in the room and we both wanted to sit by our window. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the Central Caffe on a nearby corner. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee and pastry places, and wine bars on nearby streets or farther down on Via Roma. We ate at the Caffe Roma and the Cafe Bistrot. Most have outside tables. With a day left before departing, we hopped a morning train and took a chance to relax and view the countryside and eat lunch in another town. Spaceability City has other properties and we are interested in trying those as well. We would definitely return.

Ho soggiornato al Flora per la seconda volta, la prima lo scorso dicembre (quella volta era un viaggio di coppia con mio marito e abbiamo soggiornato nella suite con la scala a chiocciola, scomodo il bagno giù, per il resto davvero bella, con pezzi d'arredo di antiquariato). Abbiamo soggiornato in due camere matrimoniali, accoglienti e pulitissime, il punto forte è il bagno, molto comodo. I servizi sono vari, la colazione non era molto varia, pur avendo sia salato che dolce, ma i prodotti da forno e la parte salata erano ottimi(le uova erano buonissime!). Il ristorante è molto buono, abbiamo mangiato un menù di pesce e ritornerei anche solo per il ristorante. Il personale di tutti i reparti davvero professionale, gentile e accogliente. Una nota a parte meritano le splendide collezioni presenti: antiquariato e modernariato, in particolare giocattoli, vasi, statue e lampade, quadri, ma anche oggetti vari come un'aquasantiera, un vecchio registratore di cassa e altro ancora, veramente bella e ben tenuta, ogni volta noto qualcosa di diverso. Ci tornerò sicuramente

Il B&B ha un’ottima posizione centrale con parcheggi gratuiti nella via parallela, abbiamo alloggiato in una grande stanza con quattro letti e due divani, ottima soluzione quando si viaggia con tre bambini. Pulito e ordinato. Colazione preconfezionata varia e sufficiente, con possibilità di farsi il caffè o il tè (no latte, che per fortuna avevo portato con me in brik a confezioni singole), c’è però una cucina nella parte comune. Il responsabile è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. Carla and Nicola met to our every need so meticulously. It was our first time in Cagliari, this hotel made our stay special. The rooms were exceptionally clean, beds were fresh, and their towels and all other given items were sparkling white. They provided regular cleaning which made the rooms so cosy every single day. I am definitely coming back since it also very strategic to access all public transport and restaurants and cafes!

The rooms were clean and spacious enough for two people. We really liked the location as it was central and close to everything, including the bus station. The bathroom was well equipped and even had a bidet. The staff was very helpful and they always tried their best to answer any questions we had. They even helped find contact numbers for parks we wanted to visit, and explained where to go. Breakfast was quite nice and had a nice selection of different foods and desserts every morning. The room seemed to always be warm, sometimes a little too warm. The only way to cool it down was through a window, though cooking smells from the restaurant next door would waft in. We would have liked it better if we had control over the air-conditioning in the room. We would have liked to have a kettle in the room for tea, but it wasn't a big issue since the hotel is surrounded by great cafés. We also ate dinner at the hotel, and though the food was delicious, it was a little pricey compared to the many restaurants in the vicinity. You might want to explore the area for more selection and possibly better prices for food. Overall, we had a lovely time and we look forward to visiting again. It was great value for our money, and it's a good place to stay if you want quick access to most of the interesting sites in the area.

L'unico lato positivo di questa struttura è che si trova a due passi dal centro. Per il resto esperienza da dimenticare! La struttura ha uno sgradevole odore di stantio che si sente persino dalla strada e che in camera è davvero fastidioso, inoltre nei corridoi aleggia sempre un forte odore di fumo di sigaretta. Per raggiungere le camere è necessario inerpicarsi su una (o due!) lunga e ripida scalinata che, avendo un paio di bagagli non leggerissimi al seguito, rischia anche di essere piuttosto pericolosa. Avevamo prenotato la camera con colazione, salvo poi scoprire che la ”colazione” consisteva in un ”kit” lasciato direttamente in camera (biscotto e fetta biscottata + una bustina di tè). Se fosse stato segnalato che la colazione era di tal fatta non avremmo certo pagato l'extra! Ci è capitato di chiedere un rotolo di carta igienica aggiuntivo e non era disponibile. La doccia aveva più o meno le dimensioni di una bara! E' abbastanza facile posteggiare in zona, ma quasi esclusivamente a pagamento e solo in strada. La via in cui si trova la struttura è piuttosto rumorosa sino a tarda sera e dalla mattina presto.
