We had the most amazing experience. Great staff, apartment ( very spacious, many useful amenities, great pool) and location in a calm area within walking distance of all the great night life!

It's not bad, but be careful when closing the balcony door, there will be a little gecko running behind the refrigerator and then making a loud beeping sound, which will scare you.

We stayed here during the spring break for our children. First of all, don't get confused and understand that this is an apartment, not a hotel. If you can prepare and buy your own personal items as needed, it's a very nice place. It has good access to the Cairns shopping center and other major facilities, there is no problem with parking for rental cars, the pool is only available to guests, so you can use it almost exclusively, you can use the veranda freely, and most of all, the owner's friendly greeting made me want to stay longer. We made a reservation the day before we arrived because our flight from Japan was early in the morning, but we were sent an email in advance with instructions on how to enter and other things, so we were able to shower, rest, and play energetically in the afternoon! The only things we were glad to bring with us were body soap and soft tissues, and the only thing we wanted was a Teflon-coated frying pan? I can't think of anything in particular... Basically everything is available, and if you don't have it, you can buy anything at the supermarket or the reject shop across the street! Have a great trip!

The location is good, 10 minutes walk to the shopping center (supermarket and shopping), 25 minutes to the cruise terminal. The staff is very friendly. The cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. When I checked in, the bed sheets had some mold stains and many furnitures were dusty. Some supplies such as pots and pans, electrical appliances are a little worn out. Overall, the price/performance ratio is OK.

It was late, so I did unmanned check-in and unmanned luggage storage, and it was very smooth and nice. I was nervous that there would be bugs, but I didn't even see a bug out for 3 nights and 4 days. It's very convenient to have a dishwasher and microwave. It is convenient as there is a space where you can share leftover ingredients and items. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helped recommend travel destinations.

The kitchen is not clean and the dishes are not clean. The environment is good, not far from the supermarket and night market, the service staff are enthusiastic and responsive
