I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton in Zamalek, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Nestled on the tranquil island of Zamalek, this hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was seamless. The check-in process was swift and efficient, and I was delighted to find my room impeccably clean and well-appointed, with stunning views of the Nile River. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable, providing me with restful nights throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the hotel's dining options. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, offering a wide range of local and international dishes to suit all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the freshly baked pastries and the made-to-order omelets. The on-site restaurants also did not disappoint, serving exquisite meals in an elegant setting. The amenities at Hilton Zamalek are top-notch. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines, and the outdoor pool area is a peaceful oasis where I could unwind after a day of exploring Cairo. The hotel's location is perfect for sightseeing, with many of the city's attractions just a short drive away. Overall, my stay at the Hilton in Zamalek exceeded all expectations. Good location from airport . Staff at reception were friendly and allowed late crack out , however the constant drilling was a big disturbance.

As a family of 5 we were upgraded to the Ambassador Suite and it was a wonderful room - 6 beds, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a very large living room. You pay a bit more but with 5+ people, you would need to book two rooms usually, so this works out as a great compromise. The hotel is a little dated, the main restaurant is ok but nothing exceptional and it was disappointing the pool closed at 5pm (not much opportunity to swim if check-in is 3pm). That said, it was an enjoyable stay and I would recommend the hotel. It’s actually quite nice to be a short distance away from the crowds.

It should be Cairo's earliest five-star hotel, located on ZAMALEK Island, with excellent Nile scenery. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, they are very convenient. We booked two rooms with side Nile views, and one of them was upgraded to a Nile view suite for free. The hotel breakfast is right on the Nile River and can be eaten outdoors or indoors.

the hotel and the staff were good, there’s one lady from the reception with curly hair i liked her the most as she went out of her way to help me when i faced an issue with the bank and made sure afterwards that my issue was resolved. My first room had technical issues but they changed the room immediately for us.

Its very high cost with low quality service at all ,,, r

位置在使館區，附近就是中國大使館，很有安全感，機場打車過來160磅，酒店門口有atm機。 入住非常不愉快，預訂了兩個房間，訂單詳情內兩個房間都填寫了入住人，但不知道為什麼到了前台説衹有一個房間填寫了兩個入住人，導致另外間房間無法辦理入住，攜程反饋説和代理溝通儘快添加名字，在前台等了快一小時也沒解決最後衹能先寄存行李出去玩。 早餐品類豐富，服務態度很好，會主動過來問候需要什麼飲品，晚餐大堂經理也會問反饋，但晚餐確實不合亞洲胃太幹了，酒裏糖漿太多了齁甜，總之不推薦晚餐😂

酒店位於使館區 很安全。距離市中心打車十分鐘。有尼羅河景，早餐很豐富，有個漂亮泳池。酒店比較老舊了，設施也是一般，沒有升級。總體來説在埃及算是滿意酒店

حجزت غرفة مطلة على النهر وسرير كبير ، وتفاجأت أنها مطلة على المدينة وسريرين ، وبعد محاولات مع الاستقبال أعطوني غرفة مطلة جزئيا على النهر وسريرين شكرا لموظف الاستقبال حازم، والمشرفة دينا --------------------------------------------------- آمل أن يكون في الحمام تصريف وميول للماء حتى لا تصبح الأرضية بركة ماء

落地埃及是早上九點，到酒店十點，很多房間還沒打掃好，但是真的是困啊，前台在半小時幫我解決了房間，睡得昏天暗地，下午出來覓食。服務一流，設施略舊，早餐相當豐富。尼羅河邊的泳池漂亮，可惜沒到游泳季節。

酒店就在尼羅河邊上，開窗能看到尼羅河夜景。雖然這個酒店跟國內的五星酒店設施不能比，但是在埃及應該也算不錯的了。酒店早餐不錯，中午和晚餐可以在酒店餐廳點餐，價格也不貴，味道還可以，就是點菜後上菜速度有丟丟慢。
