"Right by the Nile, with great views of the river from the room. It feels very secure, with two checkpoints to enter and exit, and you even need to swipe your card after getting off the elevator to go to your room. Breakfast was good, a typical 'Western' breakfast, which makes sense as most guests are European. The staff are also very friendly. The room was clean, not huge, but very well-appointed."

"Overall, it's a good hotel, suitable for a vacation, although the location is quite remote and the surrounding area is desolate. The St. Regis service was excellent; special mention goes to the restaurant waiter, who was always there when needed, even though I didn't feel like he was watching me eat. The room decor was average, not as refined as the St. Regis in Macau or Zhuhai. The cleanliness of the balcony and bathroom needs improvement. You absolutely must experience their spa – it's fantastic! There's an indoor pool, an outdoor artificial beach for surfing, and a dedicated building for these activities. It's a great place for a long vacation."

"This hotel is horrendous. The service is terrible, and the staff are utterly incompetent and unhelpful. Many employees openly show animosity towards Saudis, making you feel unsafe and unwelcome. Specifically, a receptionist named Ahmed was nasty and spiteful without cause. They all constantly pester guests for tips. To my fellow Saudis, I strongly advise you to stay far away from this place. The hotel is filthy, and the staff are disgusting. It's a total rip-off – not worth a single penny. To top it off, there are shisha cafes below, leaving the entire hotel reeking of smoke and shisha."
