"The hotel is relatively clean and new. Bed linen and towels are normal. The location is convenient: on the ground floor there is a good Yemeni restaurant, next to it there is a good coffee shop, the metro is close. The main attractions of Cairo are equidistant from the hotel. The air conditioning system smells terribly of cigarette smoke, if possible - do not turn on the air conditioning. Without a ”bribe” they give rooms with windows on the highway. Demand a replacement!"

"The room was spacious and fully equipped, with a microwave and induction cooker for easy cooking. There was also a refrigerator and washing machine, making it convenient for a short stay. The hotel's location was excellent, quiet yet conveniently situated. A bustling main street was about 100 meters away, and the Old Egyptian Museum was about a 20-minute walk. Restaurants and various snack shops were nearby. The staff were very attentive and provided a detailed explanation of the room's features."

"Hygiene: Very clean. This is the cleanest place I stayed in Egypt, along with the Winter Palace in Luxor. You can tell they pay attention to details regarding cleanliness, which made me feel quite at ease. Service: Excellent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only exception was a man who always wore sunglasses in the rooftop breakfast area; he seemed a bit cold. He might be the owner. On our first day, when we arrived early, he said we'd have to pay extra for breakfast, which is technically correct, but it felt a bit insensitive given the situation. More importantly, their breakfast selection wasn't very diverse and didn't look appealing. We'd rather order takeout. Facilities: The suite was very spacious, which was great. If the price difference isn't too much, I recommend choosing a suite. The bedding was comfortable, and the decor was new and beautiful. The only issue was the water pressure – while there was enough hot water, the pressure wasn't strong enough. Sometimes it was too hot, other times just lukewarm, making showering not very comfortable. Environment: The location is decent, in the Old City, but you pretty much need to take a taxi to go anywhere, as Cairo's traffic isn't pedestrian-friendly. There isn't much to explore right outside the hotel. You can order takeout from Ma Jia Noodle House and many other downtown restaurants. The soundproofing in the suites is just okay; you can hear people talking in the hallway, though this doesn't happen often. Suites and a few other rooms face the street, so you'll faintly hear various car horns from Cairo's roads. For those who sleep soundly, this isn't a problem, and it's relatively better than staying near a riverside elevated highway."

"Decent hotel always very busy due to competitive pricing. Many rooms have lovely river views as its one of the very few hotels with no road inbetween. However, this location also leaves it a taxi rather than walk to anything around it, local shops, cafes, bars etc. Overall the place is comfortable with a good standard of service. Our biggest disapointment was the hotel food, average at best and USD20pp for a not great buffet breakfast, we only tried it once!"

"It is located in a very old building across the road from the Egyptian Museum and right next to a very busy and noisy road. We were first being allocated a room facing that very busy road. Vehicle horns can be heard throughout the night non-stop - horrendous! We got a transfer to another room the next day. It was slightly better but still noisy by any decent hotel standard. There was no towel hanger nor any hook to hang clothes. The shower head holder fell off! I will not stay here again. The good rating of this hotel is misleading."

"I cannot recommend staying at Cairo Paradise Hotel enough. We came on quite a spontaneous trip where we had not planned each day beforehand, we booked a hotel that felt good to us, in a good location and decided that we would ask for recommendations once there. We were welcomed extremely warmly by Ahmad, and had a big and beautiful room. From the first day, we were given so much advice based on our budget and interests: Amr gave us his experience and offered us to plan our days to make the most out of our time: we did not just visit many locations, we also had guides and did things in a certain order and at every hour. These made it into a very very busy and fun adventure! Apart from travel help, everyone was very generous at the hotel, we were offered tea, coffee and Egyptian food to try, and got a taxi ride to the airport to go back. They always made sure we were safe and had any question answered. I felt so welcomed to Egypt and Cairo and I hope to go back and see them again😄 Thank you to Ahmad, Amr and everyone else! One piece of advice: sometimes on iPhone maps when you write the hotel name it can get a little mixed up, make sure when you see the destination it is on Sherif Pasha Street but also: in between 26th July Street and Adly Street. The hotel is also opposite a cake shop called El Abd Patisserie. Celeste :)"

"Excellent location near Tahrir Square / Egyptian Museum and Sadat Metro Station. Staff were excellent in particular the manager Mr Ahmed receptionist Alaa and house keeping Azze. Breakfast was good. 7 floors reception and communal lounge on top floor. Whilst we were there I was admitted to hospital they checked up on me daily via my wife and friend who was also staying at the hotel. Warm welcome back when I recovered. About 20 to 30 minute car journey to GEM and the Giza Plateau / Pyramids and Sphinx. About 45 minutes to an hour drive to both Sphinx and Cairo Airports"

"Lovely hotel in a prime location on the Nile. Our room had a lovely view of the Nile and the pool area. The room was modern and had all the amenities you would need including some luxury Byredo toiletries which were a nice touch. Though it’s a newly renovated hotel, the downside was that our non-smoking room had an unusual smell in it and also upon check in, the entire carpet was wet. The breakfast buffet was good although some items were a bit stale by 8am (pancakes in particular) which could’ve been better if fresh. There was no room service options from your room so we tried the restaurants but wouldn’t really recommend. We tried Kamala which is a pan-Asian fusion and though we were the only guests dining, the food took over an hour to make and wasn’t the best. The Solano restaurant again was okay, much fresher than Kamala. Would recommend the hotel for its location however the reception can get really busy and the staff could do with being more attentive to the guests they’re serving rather than those impatiently interrupting."

"Started renovating the hotel so after a little-while it will be great hotel. Mr. Samual at the reception was very helpful. Manager at the lobby bar was rude and asked me leave the table if I have finished the coffee, at 10PM on 17th July. I was enjoying the live music but he ruined."
