The hotel is a great place to recuperate and layover before flying out from Cairo International Airport. It’s easy to get to from terminal 3 via the link bridge. The staff are friendly especially Aziz who was exceptionally and helpful. We did a day trip before our flight in the AMs. The only problem is ordering an uber and getting it to come to the hotel lobby. I don’t know why but several drivers cancelled because the location picks up the arrival terminal instead of the hotel. The hotel has shuttles though that go to the city. Breakfast was also good and the staff was amazing. Peaceful atmosphere away from the airport lounges and chaos at the airport.

This is a good hotel if you need to stay by the airport. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is good and the pool is wonderful. While everything looks very fancy and shiny, it feels a little tired and in need of some upkeep. Every thing is very clean, but some of the fittings are coming loose and showing rust.

One of the best hotel apartments I’ve been to. The location is perfect, not exactly on the main road so the noise level is low, yet close enough that it only takes a few steps. Shops, restaurants, and supermarkets are within walking distance, and for anything else you need, you can always order it by phone or online. The price is very good, especially compared to similar places in the area. The highlight of the place, though, is the staff. They’re amazing, helpful, very friendly and will always go the extra mile to accommodate you. The only downside and the reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was the banging noise coming from the construction workers early in the morning, especially considering it was coming from the extension of the hotel apartment itself. I will definitely be staying there whenever I’m back in Cairo, and will be recommending the place to all my family and friends. 👍🏻

The best option you can do in Cairo nice rooms , nice view and prefect service , Front desk and housekeeping and restaurant all excellent and helpful will be our option all the time will come back soon

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته شكر جزيل لادارة الفندق وجميع الموظفين وخاصهالموظفه —- منى——- من قسم المساج اشكر حسن تعاملها واتقانها لعملها حيث انها جمعت بين المساج والعلاج الطبيعي كنت اعاني من الم على مدى سنوات في الكتف والحمدلله انتهت المشكله ورجعت مرثانيه بعد شهرين تقريبا وايضا كنت اعاني من الم في القدم ولا استطيع المشي جيدا والحمدلله خرجت من عندها وانا بكامل عافيتي من هذا الالم صراحه تعتبر من الاسباب الرئيسيه لترددنا على الفندق نتمنى لها التوفيق ولها جزيل الشكر والعرفان

The hotel and staff were phenomenal. The reason I took one smile away for facility, was I wanted to get a pedicure and they gave a referral in the mall that was terrible. They should not refer anyone there; it was uncomfortably juvenile in the environment. I ended up leaving after waiting 30 minutes listening to workers talk, argue, show pictures on each other's phones. Other than that, it was an incredible experience. Khaled Abdelkhalek with the concierge was outstanding. He was taking care of every need. I booked 2 tours thru 4 Seasons with Marwa, she is on an entirely different universe, so intelligent, kind, intuitive, and I could keep going with praise. If you ever need a tour, she is the one for you!! I also had Mohammed as the driver, between Marwa and Mohommed, they are the dynamic duo. I feel so fortunate and honored to have met and been able to spend time with them. I had several hours to wait for my flight, so I sat in the lobby and had something to eat and drink, they were so accommodating. I do not recall if her name was Daliah or Liza but she was great. Took care of me and was very kind. I travel a lot alone, and it can be tricky sometimes, but the people at the 4 Seasons made it seamless and like home!

Semiramis Intercontinntal is the best IHG properties. Every time I stay at this hotel my loyalty to IHG increase. It has a great local ion facing the Nile river and located at the center of Cairo. All hotel staff are professional and very friendly which makes you feel that you are at your home with your family. Room size is large and very clean. On top of that, the hotel is taking all hygiene measures into account. When it comes to the food, the hotel have many choices and all are having a great taste. Semiramis Intercontinental is positively way far than many of IHG other properties. At the end I would like to send special thank to Mr. Mohamed Senousi, Mr, Mahmoud Yahya, Mr. Gergis Mikhael, Mr. Michel Yacoub, Mr. Hassan Mohammed ( Night & Day Restaurant) and Mr. Ehab Fawzy.

Amazing service! The room and the hotel are top class and the staff is really polite. Michael Samy is particularly extremely friendly and supportive. I've visited this hotel many times, and each time Michael is always there to help and is so genuine. He goes beyond expectations in getting me everything I need, from a private car to general enquiries. Thank you Sonesta and Michael Samy for making this hotel my go to stay in Cairo.

+ clean with air conditioning and elevator. TV. very friendly employees. Good bed. Good breakfast made to order on a beautiful terrace on the 11th floor. Democratic prices. Free puck-up aéroport. - we had directly booked 2 communication rooms for 13 days. Our first day on arrival taken to sister hotel and with 3 people in 1 too small room with additional bed. Crawl into bed in the back!! No sorry but would get suite upgrade in amin hotel day after. It consisted of a large entrance hall with wardrobe and loose unusable save in it. A fridge. 1 room with 2 single beds. 1 room with a double bed placed almost against the wall and difficult to access. 2 chairs with mini coffee table. The bathroom with shower and toilet placed incorrectly so that you had to put your feet in the shower tray. - fly window door to balcony with large holes through which the flies entered. - very bad internet - very noisy. Cleaning not daily. Well on demand. Appoin**ent for paid (25$) ride to Aéroport with large hotel shuttle not fulfilled. A taxi had been ordered ... 6 luggage had to be put on the roof. We disagree and came 2nd taxi. A lot of disagreement with the driver and still 3 suitcases on the roof. Lpg tank in trunk Having to stop on the way after signals from other cars. The 3rd suitcase was sliding.!! Very sad!
