The buildings and apar**ents are clean and with lovely view. It would be nice for the sand play area to have some shadow and better toys. The food was not so good as it looks like in the internet photos but for 3 stars was OK. Everyone speaks English and German, a big plus, we liked that. It was OK but we wouldn't come back again.

We arrived late, and there was still a cold buffet laid out for us (and others of course). I liked the way this was set up; I always enjoy my privacy and this gave us more privacy than a regular hotel, but they came to clean the room every day. Food was good, they really took care of hygiene around the food and the restaurant which was extra nice. The animation team and activities were great, my daughter enjoyed them and still hasn’t stopped talking about it all. All in all, it was a great experience and I would definitely go back if I could.

We had an exelent time staying at Aparthotel Ciudad Laurel for 3,5 week in April 2024. Very serviceminded employes, and the rooms/ apar**ents was for us absolute very Ok. The only small thing was Wifi,,, sometimes coming and going, but possible to live with 😀. Thanks a lot for a good stay, we will come back !,

Ciudad Laurel convinced us with the way the whole premises is built and organized. A widespread area that gives you a very good feeling of not being pressed into a small shoebox like at other hotels at the beachfront. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet was exceptional and the staff was very attentive and motivated. Our assigned apar**ent was very spacious. We definitely will be back soon!

Great family holiday, good location and facilities including parking space. Hotel is located in quite location but just few minuts walk to seside ,promenade. .Very friendly staff from reception and Bar. We enjoy varietion of food and drinks. All inclusive is recomended ..we would love to came back to this place again.

Checking in, we were greeted by a nice receptionist who showed us our apar**ent. Despite our late arrival, there was something to eat. As we got in the apar**ent, We were welcomed by two spiders, one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Otherwise, the apar**ent was neat and tidy. Although breakfast starts at 7.30am, Had to use the microwave at 8am as the eggs and bacon were already cold. I had hoped to enjoy a nice swim in a heated pool but that was a luxury best imagined as the pools were not heated and the water was freezing cold. There were no toiletries in the bathroom other than a hand wash. Was told bodywash, shampoos and conditioners were no longer provided. Couldn’t get an ironing board from the reception with card payment and was told I needed to pay cash deposit which meant a 20 minute walk to a cash machine outside the hotel near the beach. The food mostly looked better than it tastes. Generally, staff were nice and polite. The hotel is quite a distance (53 mins drive) from Palma airport.

Great apar**ents in a quiet setting away from the busy promenade front but still close enough to everywhere including the beach. We were in block 3 and had a ground floor apar**ent with a lovely patio that was not overlooked. Great pool and lovely grounds, friendly helpful staff and everywhere was spotless / maid service every day. This isn't a moan, just a heads up but there was no kettle (you could arrange to hire one via reception) and no towel service (I mean all day long exchangeable towels for the pool and beach, not bathroom towels) but we paid a couple hundred pounds less to stay here that the more expensive places we have stayed who provide the services of a kettle and towels so I only mention it so you can pack these things when you stay in these highly recommended apar**ents.

This was the 2nd year inna row we visited, really good hotel with grest service from the entertainment team to life guard and bar staff. Thank you for everything you did for us. We will gladly visit again in future

a wonderful hotel for a family vacation. there was a room overlooking the garden, beautiful views. the hotel has delicious, varied food, every day something new. cozy, beautiful territory, with children's raincoats, the children really liked it.
